Coles Port Melbourne

It's was great, my Coles gift card wasn't or they couldn't put the amount I needed onto another gift card so the manager let me off.

Susan, the best check out chick. Makes my day every time I walk in there always happy and nothings to hard for her. You rock.

Coles I left $60 in the self serve machine and good honest staff put it away for me. Good on you young lady and Coles. Phil

Customer service terrible. Staff smelling of cigarette smoke and less than well presented. Rotten fruit. Rarely basics like lettuce ect in the evening.

I am a Coles shopper but this complex needs a bit of work.
Variety of produce is ok but more expensive than other places.
When I went, there was staff packing up for the night (10pm) and shelves being repacked, while it was busy. Hard for customers to shop when there are boxes everywhere, but thats not a huge issue. They have to restock.
Not many specials, and the fitout seemed different.could be just me.
Right now, Ivanhoe Coles has been the best experience.

The store itself is great, friendly and lots of fresh produce. Sad to say though, the toilets are not good. They are clean but the smell is off. I think it might be coming from food processing nearby but needs to be looked into.

Bought some cheesy and bacon bread rolls from the in-house bakery very tasty. Staff in the bakery were very friendly good experience all round.

Always out of stock on their "sale" items and you never leave this store with everything you need as THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK! Very often the "Sale" products are NOT marked down when you go to pay for them and if you are not careful you get charged full price on marked down items.

Was staying with friends and got some groceries delivered. Was really happy with the overall service but there was a few things on there that got replaced with similar items. I didn’t know that’s how it worked, apparently you can turn that feature off but should have been clearer.

Very good coles. Huges parking. Whenever i go there for my shopping i always enjoy. I always like rooftop parking. Coffee shops are very good around this coles. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Herbs section is very good. Almost all middle eastern food is available there what i use at home. Pets section is awesome as well.

Employee in the so-called "express" lane was incredibly slow and obviously couldn't care less about customer service.

Consistently bad. Apparently consistency is a good thing!
Selection of products here (when available) is terrible compared to other Coles (such as S. Melbourne) that includes fresh produce and packaged.
Not to mention this store is like time travelling back to the 90’s.
Tired. Needs to start treating its locals with a little respect and catch up.

Nice range compared to other foods retail stores, check out was however frustrating and the tills kept giving us issues and we needed to call for assistance twice.

Good selection of produce but the customer service is terrible. Waited at the counter for 10mins while being ignored.

What a dump for renovation surely! ;; Hate it they changed the stock around so many times you don't. Have to shop here woolys what a vast difference! Dump!

Even after the recent renovations Coles PM is far behind Woolworths South Melbourne. Sometimes it's hard to find parking and you always have to hunt for a basket.

Store was good but I don't enjoy being pounced on by sales people on bay st entrance and homeless begger

There are a few staff at this Coles who are really nice and friendly, but the majority is literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced hands down.
