Staff are generally good there and plenty of parking up on the roof free. Always stocked shelves

Average Coles store conveniently located on Bay St has good quality fruit, veggie etc. Even a safe pet minding locker outside the store in Bay St entrance.

Still the best Coles in the inner suburbs! Ample roof top parking means you are never fighting for a parking spot on Bay Street. Aisles are wide enough for two trolleys passing each other. Generally a great range of fresh produce. There is always something new and improved here. Susan and many of the other great long term staff there make this place what it is!

The lady CAITLIN at the main checkout counter is impolite / rude almost all the times. She treats customers as if she is doing charity.
I stopped visiting port Melbourne coles because of this.

Very large and well stocked store immaculately kept.
I like the layout and if needed the staff are friendly and helpful.got some great fruit and vegetables at amazing prices.

Older store in an area that has an interesting mix of people living there. It’s always clean and the staff are nice. Easy to navigate and always well stocked.

This is one of the best designed supermarkets you’ll ever come across. Full range of products, but its biggest appeal is how it’s perfectly integrated into Bay Street.

Slowly improving stock, store layout and fresh produce selection.not competing for service and will be challenged with other business opening nearby.

Always found this store great. The employees are always very nice especially one lovely lady named Sue. Who is so nice nothing is a bother to her it's a pleasure to shop at your store when you have nice employees. GO COLES PORT MELBOURNE. YOUR THE BEST.

Supermarket is clean with a great variety of fresh produce and it’s not too big so I was able to get around quickly

One of the most crowded Cole’s i have ever been to. Challenging location and parking is a pain.

As I had said this Coles will always be memorable to me.my first landing shop in Mebourne.always fresh and neatly stacked vegies

Well cant complain much as we must be grateful that we still get to go food shopping than not being able to go anywhere like some countrys

Looked good, very tidy. Stopped for chips and a fizzy water. But it has a Vintage Cellars next door.

Product variety and quality is sliding away as the big corporate dispose of the suppliers and manufactures and replace with their own inferior brand that really doesn't compare to the original

Manual checkouts are slow, and 9 times out of ten, assistance is required.
There is rarely this problem at Safeway.
Safeway checkouts are softer, with a simpler, more easy to use screen, and also with a nicer voice.

Exits walkways congested with items that are a hazard in an emergency.
Only one light out of 4 working in lift, very poor maintenance.
Carparl lift sign says LIFTS but only one lift!

It's ok. Quality of fresh produce comparable with other Coles'. They have a bakery onsite which pumps out some reasonable bread. Parking is above the complex via a ramp or you can park on the limited street parking spots.

Typical supermarket although it is hard to get street parks close unless u use the carpark which is entered by going around the side street
