Coles Melton South (Station Square)

One worker named Emily who was working in self serve was very helpful. She was really friendly and was willing to lend a hand

The shops and staff are great but the clientele leaves much to be desired. Bogans, bogans everywhere.

I had no idea that it is impossible to pick up a phone for the workers at coles, even though i know monkeys that can do it after being trained. I guess the workers at coles don't actually get training. Why do i say all of this? Because i was on hold for 20 minutes waiting for a single person to pick up the god damn phone! And it hangs up every 4 minutes and you have to call back. In the end i gave up, all i wanted to know is if a certain cereal was still in stock because it was just about gone. But i guess now i have to go to one store to see myself and if its not there then I have to spend $10 petrol in the opposite direction to get to the other coles. On top of that i wasted 20 minutes listening to a dial tone. Not a pleasant experience, lazy staff, complete slackers and have caused my friends inconveniences in the past over ludicrous things. Review your staff and make the melton south coles good for once.

I found this Coles to be quite disappointment as it is relatively new and expected a lot bigger and better prices with a lot more stock on the shelves.
Convenient as close to home there are times when they can have good specials but not that often I find.

Fabulous upgrade of the previous old Coles. There's so much space and great bakery, but sadly fresh seafood option are tiny and does not stock any local SunGold Jersey milk inspite of requests. Because of this, though so much nearer, we rarely frequent simply due to lack of our preferred options.

New look store, great produce, well stocked shelves, plenty of parking, plenty of trolleys and baskets. Well done Coles pity about the continuing plastic bag farce.

Kind staff, all produce is good quality and reasonablly priced. Convenient store to go shopping at for weekly food. Wait time isn't too long considering the capacity of daily customers.

A brand new Coles located near the Melton station. A well designed parking. Has a Modern bakery. The staff is well trained and friendly. Conveniently located are nearby Post and Pharmacy. I visit there often for all my grocery shopping.
