Coles Melton South (Station Square)

The Deli has to be the worst Deli I have been to. If you want "SHAVED" they can't do that. If you like mixed meats through your Hams etc this is your Store! Very disgusting health n safety issues I pointed out

Normally a great place to shop but they kept on having different closing times than it said on website

Very clean great store all we need now is a $2 shop in complex & boxes to pack our groceries

I just wanted to praise one of the cashiers here that probably doesn't get the kudos they deserve.

Josh has served me several times as has many of the cashiers here. He is a standout.

Always friendly regardless of how busy and stressful his day is going.

There is a few good cashiers here but Josh is the best.

Its ok as far as supermarkets go but any place that askes me to put a coun in a box to get a trolley loses a star as no one carries change anymore, very annoying

Halal section on some delicacy & meats - variety. Nice touch COLES & note WestZone halal butchers across from the station (opposite COLES) less than 1min.

Really had bad experience today, went in to buy something urgent, still had10 minutes to close, didnt let me in. As i kept saying that i will take 5 minutes, and lady was telling me sorry we close, even though they still had 10 minutes. Such a bad thing, didn't expect from coles, was regularly going there, not anymore, so disppointed. Wish i could have 0 star option.

Absolutely horrible, the staff there are rude. The Grocery Manager is really rude and the store is completely disgusting.

This Coles is quite large and has a very good array of products. Specials are good and staff are very friendly.
Deli staff are always honest and tell you when the products were opened.
Security guards are always greeting the customers when they walk into the shop.
I regularly do my grocery shopping here and I’m always happy

A better option than the one at Woodgrove. Larger, better laid out, more product variety. Staff are very responsive and service-oriented. The only problem is with the carpark—lanes are too narrow, and there seems to be no effort to manage panhandlers and shady lurkabouts.

Today (Thursday at about 12: 30pm) was greated by a young girl with an exceptional smile and warm welcome & as a Coles team member myself it is good to recognise and acknowledge great customer service. Thank you ️

Great store, great staff, tight parking spaces and persistent beggars. Coles is lovely, outside not so much.

Great place to shop and more. The bakery section is absolutely beautiful and very delicious hot cross buns and more.
Fruit and vegetables are very fresh.
The staff are very happy to assist in any way they can.

Go there time to time but disagree with shopping trollies need to pay $1 to unlock them. I understand why but most times don't have coins. Still handy close to station.

Staff is so friendly and helpful The meat has been excellent every time and I've been shopping here from when they first opened way back when the meat was pretty awful then

I hate coles.only they have a few things I like that I can't get elsewhere. Car Park complete nightmare

Shout out to Brandon at Melton station Coles! Your a really good worker and multi skilled individual! So efficient and great customer skills! Your famous around with the locals and two different people were praising your talent saying that your one of the best ones there and how you have Manager experience prior. You definitely can tell and I'm happy that you served me within less than 5 min, while as making a last minute announcement on the speaker.and serving front counter! Hope your Manager at Coles cause your great! Good luck cause your going places mate!

Easy to access they have a large variety of fresh goods, the only down fall is the car park for this location

Great range, clean and extremely friendly professional customer service from all the staff myself and my family have met. Special shout out to the younger staff who I believe are outstanding. Keep up the Great Work!
