Coles Glenroy reviews
60Good experience with click and collect. Its so much easy with app instead of wondering inside the store and asking for help. And specifically in this corona time, best way is click and collect when you cant get a free delivery if order is less then a specific price and delivery dates are booked.
Lowest parking, and really never any stock. Groceries always sold out. And doesnt have the same items as everyother coles. Dont love this place
Shoped here for convenience at the time dont like the fact theres homeless people out front drunk real put of will always say that its to stuffy inside parking was good around corner if you can spend the extra 10 minutes in ar l still say campbellfield Coles is better.
Very busy location with freeway entry on either sides and Glenroy train station a minute away every shelves were full always look for reduce prices everything needed are here huge parking area clean and tidy fantastic services with public transport buses and trains connects from Here.
Almost the same Coles experience but better international items on shelves. Not well restocked though compared to other branches when it comes to specific items.
Closed at 10pm even tho store hours are till midnight, no signs or anything to show that the doors are locked and they closed 2 hours earlier then normal.
What a joke of a store and when spoke to staff they were rude
Some staff name Emma at checkout was really rude. We went shopping, didn't know that purchasing limits are in place. My friend we're shopping and brought 2 milks bottle for themselves. Now I thought I would buy one and add one more bottle. At check out She told that limit is 2 bottle per person and transaction and we respected that. Now I went outside and came back in and wanted to buy 1 milk bottle for my self and she dined cause she said I got 2 bottle already. Howver, I just came with my friends earlier didn't buy anything for myself technically. So in conclusion, I can't buy one bottle milk without purchasing anything and now I have to go tomorrow whole without milk and wasted my 1 hour for nothing at coles with Emma. Really disrespectfull for any customer.
Asked for help and tall young blond boy told me he couldnt help me because he had finished work so I just asked for the aisle and he told me his day has been to chaotic to help.
Apart from the beggers out the front asking for a dollar or cigarette its ok, but it gets annoying, yes they need help but nowadays everyone does.
Hardly ever someone at the customer service desk, staff have to do double duty and leave customers queuing on both the desk and the checkout, customer service isn't great even after waiting, a lot of staff have no idea what customer SERVICE means
Okay store and prices if you need to pick something up not for weekly grocery shopping but be careful of people in glenroy, someone I know got their phone stolen in this coles
Rude staff, very rude indeed. Checkout staff are not supposed to take a card from a person's hand without asking and then run it through as a paypass transaction again without asking. And when they get called out they behave like it's no big deal.get with it Coles
This Coles store has very rude security officers. The security officers have no customer service whatsoever and speak in there own language. This is the last time me and my family visit this store.
Nothing against the Coles shop, however parking is awkward at best and it is hard as a pedestrian to cross the Glenroy Road if parked somewhere on the south side. This keeps me from wanting to shop there, even though it's a frequent place for me to do so.
Level crossing removal would greatly improve safety around the whole area.
I love glenroy coles, they open till 12 am and variety of stuffs are available. The parking is satisfactory but some times theres no place to park.
Overall this coles offers the same as other coles Ive visited. However Not sure if they have their own bakery as I didnt take the time to walk around. To be honest it was a quick in and out experience as at the time I went in and having my daughter with me (bout 8: 30pm) I felt very uncomfortable with the few interesting sorts hanging out outside. Lucky car was parked close to entrance and that I realy needed to go in, otherwise I probably would have driven off. Sorry I believe This area of coles needs to be cleaned up a little more. I felt that The one security inside the store is not enough for people walking to and from their cars.
Very old store with narrow isles. Fittings and floor coverings are worse for wear. Carpark is very hard to navigate and the parking bays are also very narrow.
Great place but when I got home thought I had lost a personal belonging rang 4 times phone rang out every time lucky I wasn't ringing to say building is on fire thought very slack but is a great supermarket apart from that
They have a decent variety of items but do not carry as many as other stores. The staff is helpful and the location is convenient, however the parking is problematic during peak shopping times. You do need a gold coin to use a shopping trolley.
Hard to find baby formula, as it just vanishes when there is a fill in isle. Rest of the groceries are same as any other coles
