Fair prices, lived in the area for years, yet after being away for ten years, have found myself shopping there every Saturday.

Nobody checks in using QR code, customers and staff often not wearing masks. Avoid unless you want to be surrounded by ratlickers.

I've been shopping here for more than ten years. It's your old-fashioned, not ultra modern supermarket. It's smallish and has a quick turnaround of stock. It's unpretentious and the staff seem dependable and reliable. I never want this store to change unless the staff who work there want it to. I know it'll have what I need, as opposed to having the widest range of products, which I don't necessarily care about. Put it this way: If you like it you'll understand.

I had a very bad experience here. The woman at the self help counters was terrible. I understand its her job to make sure about shoplifting but checking customers bags and asking stupid questions in front of everybody is kinda humiliating. I guess just using a commonsense would be helpful. It's not that hard to find guilty if one.
Would prefer nearby woolies in Broadmeadows than to be here.

Worst coles in Melbourne. Very small, very old and too many beggars and drug addicts camp outside the building

Iam a Coles girl the shop in Roxburgh Park is huge which gives you a wonderful shopping experience.

Always has local beggers out the front and hasn't been updated in years and the car parks to small.

Security is very aggressive & and staff are not helpful. Avoid if possible. Coles Broadmeadows would be a much better option or ANY OTHER WOOLWORTHS in Melbourne. Sorry. SAD BUT VERY TRUE.

Good location and pretty much has everything one needs from a big name supermarket. Only real issue is depending on the time of day you decide to go shopping can be the difference between a good day or a hard long day, from experience the later it is the better your experience will most likely be.

Coles Glenroy was good had what i wanted and was out really quickly. Staff were good had a few questions about meat and the lady was very helpful, and the lady at the register was just as good. 10, out of 10 Coles

Decent size and variety of product, lot of parking spaces but there are homeless people blocking entrances or walk paths sometimes

Poorly maintained stocks.poorly stocked aisles.
Messed up product displays.lots of loose stock everywhere.
Don't know whether it's the customers who messed up the store or the team that doesn't maintain the shop in a presentable condition.
Needs a lot of attention and upkeep!

Its always, and I mean alwas full of staff stacking shelves, to the point where you can't get to the items you want to buy half the time. Please just pay the penalty rates for nightfill staff.

Staff are amazing and love click and collect they bring it to your car Hassle free and put it in your boot and they have a wide variety of products

Fresh produce is often second-rate at this store and can be scarce at times - fresh ginger often lacking. They seem to be at the bottom of the pecking order when it comes to deliveries. The deli's pretty good though and its range of fresh meat too.

The lovely man at the self service checkout went the extra mile to help me. Thankyou? This Coles had a big range of fresh flowers and I bought blue potted blue hydrangeas! First timed for me to see this flower in the supermarket. Thankyou

The car parking is a nightmare with all of the roadworks going on at the moment. Best to go after peak times to avoid hassle.

Found several people allowed to walk around without masks on which is most disturbing. Wont shop there again due to the fact staff allowed them to do so.

Probably the worst coles in Moreland in regards to safety, customer service and product availability. It needs a total overhaul including the carpark area.

Very bad customer service experience. Served by Sharan. She was not cooperative and she only wanted to finish her job. She was not listening me. She was not helping me as well.
