Coles Airport West

Prices not as competitive as they used to be which is probably why Woolworths' Supermarkets gaining the upper hand but quality gives Coles a slight edge

This Coles goes alright. Staff aren't unhelpful but whether they can help is another question. The aisles are shorter so the layout is a bit different and can be hard to find things. But big range and good location.

Its the old store i was going before & i still like to go ther every now & then its a grate store

It was awful. They had closed off self serve. Two staff only on registers. About 8 or 9 people lined up with full trolleys. 5 or 6 people with full baskets.

Take a book to read and a fold up chair as you will standing for a long time in the long queue at the 1 register they have open if you don't. I Stood in line for about 27 minutes that stretched all the way to the end of the yoghurt isle.

This morning as usual, it was busy, but not enough cashiers were open, self checkouts were very crowded with large trolleys, prams etc. Not designed to accomodate these. Long queues. Customers with less than 12 items had to queue wherever they could.

Great for a quick stop and shop. I'd give an extra star if the staff had more of a presence throughout the store.

Need to train staff better so that you are all on the same page with the information you provide to customers.

Very clean, fresh supermarket, whenever you enter the supermarket, you always see staff replacing shelves, fruit and vegetables section, a pleasure to visit.

Special shout out for a young lady who has a name badge, "Michelle" this little lady went out of her way to helped me. I just hope that there are a lot more Michelle's at coles airport west!

Not a fan of this store. I don't like the meat or fish section. The presentation does not look good.
