Certain stuff I can't get, e.g. The brandy yoghurt as advertised. Price-wise, competitive.

It's Coles. Next to Aldi, but these two are not great, head to Moonee Ponds for a better coles

Please fix your checkout area. The service is slow, not everyone wants to or can use the self checkout. The young kids working there have no direction or sense of urgency. Express lanes are anything but that, four or five people waiting to be served at the regular checkouts with on 3 open at 12.45 is ridiculous. For what it’s worth a general tidy up wouldn’t kill anyone either.

I love shopping here, on my journey to buy some groceries I came across a young man with a mullet, I believe he is about 16 and is absolutely amazing.he told me his name is Cody and his customer service is just out of this world!

Probably one of the better Coles storea in this area, always neat and tidy but not as cheap on items as you'd think.

Mate you gotta love bumping into your old boss who got transferred here. Mate keep up the quality checks. 5stars

Do not go to the seafood counter under any circumstances. There is NO attendant, and when one does come, there is no decorum at all by the attendant who crosses over from the delicatessen to attend to you. She will ignore the one who was there 1st, and will not even ask who was first, if there are more than one waiting to be served. When I complained, the manager gets called in and I was shouted at for being abusive toward the attendant! Seriously?
I had a bad experience with that section, and I am definitely not going there again.

2 staff on self check out and we're too interested in having a conversation with each other, so much so that security though that he'd join in and with his back to the customers and the check outs also blocking the view of the uninterested staff members. I could have walked out with everything I had purchased, and so could have everyone else in the self scan area.
What's the point of employing staff (all 3) if they aren't going to work?

Nothing special about this store, similar to Broadmeadows store, but a bit more confusing due to double ailes. The design and layout is poor, and the one is Coburg is better presented and easy to follow as you walk around from one section to another.

Today I shopped at Airport West Coles for a few items and some fruit and vegetables, and I am very disappointed, when I was preparing and tasting for tonight’s dinner some of the cherries, plums and cucumbers have no taste or flavour. Some of cherries I had to throw away because there were mushy, the plums have no taste, the cucumber is also not very nice to eat as the seeds are also mushy. I am very disappointed, not only have I wasted my money but have to do without those items which I had planned for tonight’s dinner. Most of the time I do shop at Moonee Ponds Coles I never have a problem with, the best produce which has taste freshness and value. I think the managers at Coles In Airport West should consider at looking into the quality of the fresh produce.

A medium sized Coles with a great variety of items. Easy to do a quick shop or a large one in here. I love that the aisles are also separated in the middle as it allows more ease of shopping.

This rating would go for a woman employee that works in this coles.

Firstly, when I was confused where to find a Coles brand white bread, I saw this employee crosses me so decided to seek her help.

BUT she wouldn't even respond to my "Excuse me" I was like? Then thought she would have not heard me. So finished my shopping and headed to the cash counter.

Obviously the cashier or the front person would know if any customer is waiting to bill their products but I was literally standing there and she wouldn't mind again.

But "Phu" the old man came forward to help me out of nowhere. The best thing is, this employee replied to me saying "2 MINUTES I WILL FINISH THIS OFF AND COME (she was writing something)

@Coles this is not what I expected from you as I highly respect Coles management since I have also worked for them in my previous days.

Might sound as a small matter but definitely your customers won't be happy.

I would like to applaud the staff at Coles Airportwest. I have some physical impairment. I find the staff are very accommodating. Congratulations on a excellent staff in these trying times

Lovely staff but if you are in a hurry in the morning go to woolies where they open up their self serve.

Had a line of 4 people with one lady serving and saw one guy just put his staff down and leave.kinda says it all

Like any other coles store, bigger than my local coles. I find coles to stock a lot more variety than other supermarkets
