This store is super-size store never seen something like this before
Very friendly service

Looked for a worker in the aisles for 5 minutes. Once I found one, I waited patiently for him to finish sending a message on his phone. The. Asked him if there was more of a product. He said he needs a price gun to check. He went to find one and I told him that I would wait here. Waited over 5 minutes but he seemed to disappear.
At the registers there was someone on training. She made a mistake with the no.of items I purchased but I resolved the issue at the front counter.
Overall it was a slow and disappointing experience

Why still force us to use coins to get a trolley during a pandemic and also remove trolley return bays from the car park?

The store is very disorganised and difficult to find items

I usually shop at Coles and enjoy my experience, but not at this location. I will never go to this location again

No complaints to speak about service and speed is pretty good at register's, prices what you'd expect it is Coles. Large range of products to choose from all in quite happy.

Please fix your checkout area. The service is slow, not everyone wants to or can use the self checkout. The young kids working there have no direction or sense of urgency. Express lanes are anything but that, four or five people waiting to be served at the regular checkouts with on 3 open at 12.45 is ridiculous. For what it’s worth a general tidy up wouldn’t kill anyone either.

Great location with heaps of parking outside he shopping centre. Large store with friendly/helpful staff. Has a Liquorland attached as well, which is very convenient.

Large store, well stocked considering the COVID 19 issues.
Criticism: you can't get a trolley unless you have coins, which is a problem in this cashless COVID 19 world.
And the sanitizers at the entrance were empty. Therefore you couldn't wipe down your trolley.

I was very disappointed today to see the self serve registers all being used at the same time. This goes against all self distancing rules. Many other stores are only using every 2nd register.
Please put the safety of your customers first and not profits during this difficult time. Maybe go and have a look at some other stores and the extra safety they are doing. Step it up Coles Airport West.

On sunday 15/3 I visited your deli. There were 4 staff members their some slicing one serving and one female staff member who seemed more mature was drinking out of her drink bottle. Didn't wash her hands did not have gloves walked towards the counter to serve me. On her way picked up something off the floor did not wash her hands did not put gloves on and then wanted to serve me. I said don't you think you should wash your hands since touching something on the ground. She shrugged and said do you want someone else to serve you, I said yes seeing she clearly wasn't going to wash her hands. She then went from the deli over to the meat chicken part and still did not wash her hands. Ignoring the corona pandemic this is appalling hygiene practices generally. The young girl who served me was using one glove off one on in the usual manner I see in other Coles and delis. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the person with the failed hygiene, but certainly this breech needs to be reviewed in this store. I messaged this to coles over 24 hours ago with no response.

I don’t understand how at night In the fruit and vegetables department there is only one 15 year old kid working who is usually never there anyway. For a massive company Coles is so tight for their money. Can’t afford to have a second person working at night? Just appalling.

Great store, large and lots of variety. Fresh produce is great. Staff are locals themselves so lovely to see familiar faces. Leonie is a lovely young girl always helpful.

Did not Have the product I required also notice prices are higher than Woolworths and less half price specials available

Really a very good place to shop. The quality of meat, vegetables, milk etc are all very good. The staff are also very helpful.

Great quality products and everything you need. Young guy who works there was extremely helpful and quick, couldn't ask for better customer service!

Not a good bottle shop. Only discounted beer is awful craft beer that they are offloading bcos they can't sell it. Wine selection OK but by no means up there.

I used to think this Coles was good, but am finding more frequently items are out of stock. Today, I asked at the bakery for a Boston bun that I had received an email from flybuys advertising it for $1.40, but I was told quite abruptly that they "didn't have time to do those because they were too busy with hot cross buns ". I wasn't the only customer enquiring. Not impressed!

Welcoming atmosphere, genuinely friendly staff and it was so easy to find everything we wanted.

Normally great but terrible on a weekend afternoon - obviously the busy time of the week but very minimal fresh produce in stock at this time of the day. Recommend doing your shopping in the morning to avoid another trip.
