Coconut Lagoon Indian Restaurant

I visted Coconut Lagoon for my 18th birthday and my family didn't enjoy the food at all. It wasn't authentic. The staff were very polite.

Please hire more staff!
Called for takeaway - no answer.
Went to the restaurant to place an order, after placing the order was told there was an hour wait. Disappoint as was excited to try this place with such good reviews. Would hate to see the wait on ubereats.

The food is usually good but the Kerala Porotta we had last time (2 weeks back) seemed to be very old and not fresh at all. We ended up having upset stomach!

Food was of good quality and authentic taste.highly recommend the place for those who are after real taste of Kerala.

The onam sadhya they host every year is definitely my favorite meal that I look forward to! Thanks guys!

When i visited on first time i couldn't remember the correct day, it was good food, but still this restaurant is worst.last week i went to this restaurant with my two kids.i have ordered beef coconut fry, Kerala Porotta, Chicken Stew, it was worst, and they've charged $ 57.00. I don't mind to spend a good food, but this is.totally tasteless,

Let me start with good things about this place. We had dosa, idli and poori bhaji. Dosa and idli were delicious so was sambar. We ordered South Indian coffee, it tasted like burnt milk. Server girl has a station behind register where she made instant coffee and served it almost at the end of our dinner.

I saw couple of baby mice running around the place?

Went for a Dinner buffet years ago, and went in today for Onam lunch and was very satisfied with the taste, service and atmosphere. Really authentic flavours and taste.

One of the best places around, today we went for the Tuesday buffet, it was amazing. Pl give it a try and you will always go there after. Good variety of food and made very clean and well presented. Keep up the good work Manoj and team.

Visited this place for Onam Sadya with family and friends. The food was good and staff were courteous and extremely helpful and ensured the guests were very well looked after. I will recommend this place. Ideal to call and confirm booking, at times the place can be pretty full. Street parking available on and around Dresdner Dt

Onam Sadya ordered for take away. Waited to collect the parcel for ages. Wasn't very organised. Probably because of the crowd during the special occasion.

One of the finest South Indian (kerala) cuisine to be honest. Generous serving and delicious food. Try fish curry if you are fan of Spanish Mackerel, absolutely delicious.

Went on Lunch buffet deal. The dishes they had were all below par except for the Idlis. Plus, the price was expensive compared to the quality of food they served.

Was recommended by a friend so we reserved our seats and was eager to try out our own Kerala food. Not only was the food terrible, but they didn't have most of the things mentioned in the menu for the buffet. Also, they charged me for my 3-year-old Kid who didn't even have anything. We asked for beers which never met us. When we asked again, the person said he will bring it in 10 minutes but still never happened.

Guess this might be just my experience and I am sure there are a lot of others who like the place too. Anyway, don't think I will ever visit this place again. Cheers.

Good place to enjoy good food. Tried the Sunday buffet from here. All you can eat with variety of kerala food.
