I knew about this business for a while but never tried it for myself, until I finally decided it was time to do something about my boots and dress shoes that have been run down after a few years of wear. I wasn't sure about how shoe repairs work, but the owner was very helpful and ran me through the process, as well as giving me some fantastic advice about shoe care. The restoration was beyond what I expected, they brought my shoes back to life, and saved me a ton of money when I thought I would need to restock my wardrobe. Very happy customer, highly recommended.

Brought my Yohji Yamamoto boots here to be completely resoled. Very professional job done and I’m very happy with the results. (See pics). Not the cheapest, but they don’t profess to be (top end of south Yarra). If you pay peanuts…. You get monkeys.
Would definitely recommend as this was a complex job and I was quite fussy.

Eugene is an amazing, honest person, and very good with what he does in this profession.
Many times I have not only had my shoes fixed expertly but he has cleaned a favourite hand bag of mine beautifully.
He is always eager to fit me in and do what ever I need last minute too.

Very professional work on my boots, work was on time and Eugene always offers great advise on looking after footwear.

Took my expensive boots there the othet day and Eugene was extremely helpful and friendly.
He resolved my boots in the best way possible and would definitely go back again.

Eugene is an amazing bloke who goes out of his way to ensure his clients are left with the best service. I took a worn out pair of shoes in to be re-heeled, he not only did a fantastic job on the heels but gave them a wax and polish as well for no extra charge. I'll definitely be bringing more shoes to be repaired here in future.

DO NOT GOT HERE. Sewed the buckle up on my shoe on an angle. I went back and showed him kindly that it was crooked and asked if he could please re stitched. And was very rude and told me it was right. Gave me no time of day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. If someone can not learn how to rectify an issue even verbally they shouldn’t be customer facing. Spend your money elsewhere, somewhere who will actually help you.

Eugene is the best cobbler I've ever come across. He's my go to for shoes & bags - he can do anything, fix anything & his work is quality. I trust him with all of my beautiful things.
