Wow, next level service in every aspect.

I was a bit jaded when it came to buying tech, always expecting someone to take advantage of me. I was even reluctant to give a budget at first. Sharon quickly put my mind at ease. She asked key questions to help ascertain what my needs were and even went to the effort of checking the specs for various software I use to get a gauge of what would suit me.

She sent me a quote for a custom built PC within a few hours. I then called her back to have a further chat, and upon her suggestion we removed a couple of items that I may not need but can always upgrade to down the track, basically ensuring I wasn’t overspending. For me this was a huge deal and built a significant amount of trust.

In addition, because I was somewhat like a kid before Christmas, they built it the next day and they personally delivered it to me after hours! The level of customer service is second to none! Communication impressed me every step of the way along with just general kindness and friendliness.

Furthermore, I had a glitch (ok, so truth be told, ‘I’ was the glitch, good old user error haha, PC worked perfectly), Sharon called me first thing in the morning to help guide me through it!

I highly recommend them and won’t ever bother going elsewhere. They are the real deal!

Great service from Michael and the team. Provided post purchase service for something I didn’t even buy from them.

Had a case from pc case gear that was missing all screws and accessories and they have refused to speak to me on phone or reply to emails. But I brought the case to Michael at cnet and he got everything I needed and provided me valuable information. Couldn’t be happier

Got my surface pro fixed by them and it was ready on time as they suggested. Absolutely happy with the outcome. They are polite, professional and friendly. When I was leaving I said I will always come back, then the lady while politely opening the door for me said " no we don't want you to come back, we wish you not to have any more break downs of your computer. ". That says a lot about there true honesty in helping. ". I highly rate them not 5 but 10 stars. Mahesh.

Awesome customer service. Communication was very easy from the start and seamless. I spilled my laptop with water (disgraceful, I know) and they guide you through the process, what they'll do, how long it'll take, and potential delay & risks. While this sounds so simple, I've not received this type of customer service elsewhere in the past.
Finally, the price was reasonable for the difficulty I've asked of them. Highly recommended and will be my go to place for computer issue if you're living around the area.

Have had a smashed notebook PC screen and a water damaged iPhone repaired here to pristine condition. Turnover of 2 days. Don't even bother with genius bars just bring your apple stuff here.

Michael is an absolute gentleman. Took my laptop in to get an idea what was wrong. Believed it was the hard drive. He opened it up for me and replaced it immediately and also inserted more ram. This is while he had other jobs going. He made the time for me and I could not have appreciated it more. Thanks Michael. You and Sharon are the best.

I am very happy with the service provided by CNet Technology in Preston. I took my iMac in for repairs on a Friday and Michael rang me on Saturday to tell me what needed to be done. I picked it up the following Tuesday all fixed and ready to use. Friendly and professional service at a reasonable price.very satisfied!
