Honest, knowledgeable and friendly. It was my first visit, and I purchased a small item—a CPU fan. We had been wanting to develop a relationship with a PC builder and on first impressions, Cnet presents as a straight-shooting firm and will suit our business requirements in the future.

Michael was super helpful, sorted out the issue I was having with my pc, the rebuild was exceptional and a quick turnaround.

Michael has done such an amazing job, diagnosing and repairing my HP laptop. It works perfectly now, and I am so happy with the work he has done. This is also the third major repair we have brought in to be looked at, and Michael is very very good at problem solving each of the issues, and getting the device/s going again! I would definitely recommend Cnet Technology!

Highly recommend! The staff member was very professional over the phone and in person. She was willing to go an extra mile and was very patient with the issues I was having with my laptop!

Terrible service. Left scratches all over my laptop and lost the feet for it, they didn't think it was a problem. Would not recommend to anyone, save your money!

Firstly let me say that this is a 5 start rated business! Ignore the bad reviews which have dropped the rating. Initially I brought in my PC for a clean and diagnosis as it had stopped powering up. I found both Sharon and Michael to be friendly and courteous and I felt confident that they would provide excellent service. I was not disappointed. My computer was returned to me a few days later as estimated, fully functional and running like a dream.
This was my old system and I had already purchased a new rig from a reputable (or so I thought big name company) and was awaiting it's arrival. To cut to the chase I was stung by this big name firm (hint, hint) and returned their system for a full refund.
I asked Sharon for a quote on an identical system and she bettered their suggestions returning a quote within a few hours. After some fine tuning they built me a fantastic computer in a short space of time! Excellent communication throughout and at an excellent price. I wish that I had dealt with them from the start and I can't recommend them highly enough. Don't hesitate.

I got my laptop screen fixed at Cnet some time ago. The price was good but not the outcome. The screen was fixed but apparently they replaced my laptop battery with a not genuine battery.
My friend had the same experience with them, so, I decided to raise concerns.
Be careful as the technician may replace your systems’ parts with chicken nuggets.

They seem to know what they are talking about. Friendly and inexpensive. Just got muddled up with the pick up time.

Beautiful place but watch out for flies if you go during summer as it feels like they bite you.

I took my laptop with a broken screen to these guys because the original retailer said they couldn't even look at my issue for more than 2 months. Cnet Technology had it fixed in less than 3 weeks. Great service, efficient, friendly and fast (without promising the world).

Reasonable pricing and honest too, unlike some other computer shops out there who try to rip unsuspecting customers.

Cnet Preston are excellent, they are everything you could hope for. I sent a message asking about a custom PC, 10 minutes later Sharon had called me, we discussed what I was after, and 30 minutes later I had a quote. Their advice is right on the money, their service is fast, friendly and efficient, and the custom PC is great! Highly recommended.

Amazing place, these guys were able to fix my computer very quickly and delivered amazing service, they have a small initial diagnostic fee, however they are way better compared to other ships around which I also had visited. Only within 3 days I had my computer returned to me and running without any problems. Highly recommend their services ^^

This asian guy ripped me off, i came in the other day to buy a charger which was $40 and my laptop wasn't working so i didnt buy ot that day and than a few days later i wanted to come back and buy the charger and than he put the price up to $55 and i had no choice i had to buy it so that extra $15 cost michael (fake asian name) more 1 star reviews im very unhappy and i won't come back here ever again

Bloody awesome place, got myself some thermal paste and Ramm, instructed me on how to apply the paste and yeah. Overall solid and professional. Probably wil come back for more purchases
