I can’t recommend Cnet highly enough! The team were so transparent and a pleasure to communicate with and they managed to save all the data from my hard drive (when I was anticipating to lose everything!). They fixed my computer in a very efficient time frame and the price was very reasonable for what I had anticipated. I will most definitely return to Cnet & would recommend it to anyone. Thank you!

The team at CNET were thorough and were able to communicate to me the service I required clearly without technical jargon. They provide a fantastic service and treated my machine with care - considering how old it is. They updated my drivers and removed the dust from the inside of the machine. Very happy overall and highly recommend!

I had a broken laptop case (screen nearly breaking off) that I was certain would need to be replaced. Staff were very professional, giving me advice and realistic quotes should a repair not be possible. They managed the repair at only $150 and threw in a clean free of charge.
I joked that laptop looks a bit Frankenstein's monster with the extra screws, but the work is actually so neat and symmetrical that my students said it looks like it was manufactured that way!

I've already started recommending this store to others due to the careful work and friendly, professional staff!

Amazing service and outcome for my close to blue screening laptop! It was already pretty old so I wasn’t expecting a miracle. They fixed it and gave it at least another 5 years of life! Price was SO reasonable, this and their care and friendliness means I will be back straight away if anything were to happen in the future! Thanks guys!

Michael was great, took my MacBook Air (that I split tea on, it worked but the trackpad and some keys didn’t work) over to hopefully be fixed. He got it sorted within 3 days and waited while I struggled through remembering my password….
Hopefully I won’t need him again but I know I can trust him if I do.

Great people to deal with, always friendly, and the young lady certainly knows her stuff.highly recommended.

So happy with the service Michael gave me. My beloved 'mature aged' HP laptop had carked it. He brought it back to life better than ever, in a couple of days. It is now 3 times faster (new bigger hard drive). He also reminded me of the 'correct' way to shut down a computer. Doh!

I was having a very stressful time because my iPhone died and I bought a new iPhone but was a bit anxious about transferring my data etc. I needed this data in my new phone quickly cos I was leaving for overseas. Sharon fitted me in in that day and was so helpful, didn’t make me feel inadequate because I couldn’t do it myself and got the job done at a very reasonable price. I have used this service before with my Apple laptop issues and have always been super impressed. Both Sharon and Michael are always willing to assist and their prices are very reasonable.

Really great customer service. I was most impressed with Sharon’s and Michael’s knowledge and professionalism.
My PC had a burnt out motherboard as result of the PC’s small casing and small fan. They gave me advice and guidance in what to look for in PCs to avoid a similar fate. I decided the best way to go was to have a PC built by them. Sharon provided me with all the options and recommendations to meet my particular needs. Michael managed to save all my data files and programs onto the new PC. It only took a couple of days to have it all done. Sharon also assisted me with some IT support at my request. CNET Preston provides a speedy and friendly service. They are highly recommended. They will be my first port of call for any future services or if I need to purchase accessories, etc.

Excellent knowledge service and prices.

Properly diagnosed what was wrong with my computer in a matter of hours and fixed the problem & made sure the computer was working before giving it back to me.

In contrast Preston Computers down the road from CNET took 4 days to diagnose, told me the PC needed a new solid state (it didn't), & told me the computer was fixed and working (it wasn't).

Would highly recommend CNET for all your PC needs. Will definitely be using them in the future

No nonsense straight forward advice and excellent service. The whole team at Cnet Tech are customer focussed. My son's laptop was looked at with a 5 working day turn around. This is a stark contrast to the store my son initially took his laptop to only to be told 6 weeks. Highly recommended.
