Absolutely amazing clinic. The new space is beautiful. The girl on reception was so helpful and answered every question I had. My therapist Bec was so informative and talked me through the whole treatment.

One of the best skincare ranges Australia produces - for its affordability and effectiveness. Their make-up range is also excellent, and the company/business keeps getting better. Some of the treatments here good too.

I attend quite a bit for Derma pen and Botox. I love the service, cleanliness and professionalism of the Little Collins St location. Grace is fantastic! She does a great job, great to chat to and answers all of my questions and concerns. I always look forward to my appointments.

So I called to book in my package and the receptionist Stephanie RECONFIRMED my name and book me in.

When the beautician take me in she asked me whether I'm doing the Led treatment I told her that it's a package and I still have another treatment too (which she totally ignore)

During the treatment I told her several times that she's missing some steps which she didn't take me seriously! Not sure is it because I'm Chinese? So whatever I said can be ignored? (she told me she will check about my appointment again which obviously she DIDN'T BOTHER to)

So when comes to the payment she realised she gave me the wrong treatment, so I would have to pay for their mistakes.

Well I'm definitely going to reflect this to my Chinese community about the terrible service and experienced I had as well as to all my friends.

Terrible. I am very disappointed in the treatment I received. Would never recommend this clinic.

About DISCOUNTS they ALWAYS lie!

I’ve been looking their website for long time and I did 2 times laser hair removal with them (it is really good) BUT when they do discount actually the prices are exactly the same!

Last discount that they had maybe 2 months ago and now Black Friday they advertised different discounts and in the end I had to pay the same price for my session.that’s ridiculous, no discounts at all.

My first time in the clinic I paid 109,00 for my session and the second time they had 40% off and in the end I paid 107,00. How ridiculous is that?

Called to book an appointment and it took ages to be directed to the Collins St branch. Staff needs to be properly trained with bookings and how they handle clients. One of the beauticians had mistaken me for a different client and gave me a different package (missing an extra treatment). The rooms in this clinic are so tight that the beauticians do not even have the space to sit right above you. Hospitality here isn't up to standard.

Cheap, not quality, poor service on booking. Noone answers the phone. Ever. Also you don't get the clinician you book for online. All in all the service is what you pay for.

The treatment was great and the price but the girl that was treating me was extremely pushy and tried to sell to me all those creams that I really didn’t want to buy.

I have been to that clinic (before they moved) for a few treatments and never had an issue.

For the whole session she didn’t stop talking about those creams. I do understand they have to upsell but seriously she ruined my whole experience. I just wanted to have a treatment and relax. Even when my session was finished she kept trying to sell to me those creams and even though I politely said 100 times “No thank you” she kept pushing me.
For future customers please stop doing that. I don’t think I will be back soon just because I felt so uncomfortable.

Can't get through to the phone at all. Rocked up on time to my appointment only to be told they were running more than half an hour late. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me beforehand to save me coming. I then had to reschedule my appointment which they are yet to confirm. Worst clinic!

Very good service. I did 4 sessions for underarms and I have no more growth. I bought 6 and going to use the other 2 for touch-ups.the girls are great and answers all your questions.

I am doing laser and there is no hair fall in two weeks. Last time when I had gone there I told them this issue and in that session the staff just increased the intensity and it was so painful.while doing she simply said nice words but dint actually bother to stop when I shouted. I am having ingrowths as well.

After making an appointment there is no msg to confirm it.or any reminder for the same. When I call them I am on call for about 20 min.

Company is very nice product is very good it’s take time for results but we are happy we are using this company from last 2 years

I have been coming here for a long time for lasers and because I had sensitive skin I had to make sure the equipment used was compatible with my skin. Clear skin Collins did a brilliant job

Lovely clean clinic, very professional staff even though we were booked into a different clinic they were able to accommodate us for an appointment here as we had unfortunately missed our other appointment. Would highly recommend. Also getting really positive results only after 3 sessions thanks to clearskincare!
