I had my first laser hair removal and it was fantastic! Staff Jennifer was approachable, friendly and explained well the pre and post care. The clinic was tidy and conducive place to relax. I recommended this clinic to my friends.

This clinic is scam! All five starts comments are paid promotion. Worst clinic, it is just money grabber. Pls dont damage your skin by paying your own money. Honest advise visit authorised Dermatologists for your skin issues! Your money is précises but your skin is more than that.

Waste of my time! Called to schedule the appointment in and the staff did not raise any concerns when I made the booking. On the day of my booking, they called me to say they don't have anyone qualified at their clinic to perform a skin consultation and cancelled my appointment. Advised me to go to the Moonee Ponds clinic where the same thing happened to me again. If there is no one qualified at your clinics to perform skin consultations, then it should not be a service that you offer. Also cancelling only a few hours prior to an appointment is so unprofessional.

Great clinic for laser hair removal treatments! Such a convenient location in the CBD and the staff are really friendly - I almost never have to wait at the lobby, even when I come early. It's easy to reschedule the appointments online when needed and the packages are very affordable. I always look forward to my next appointment! I highly recommend Jenifer, she is wonderful and very professional.

I had my appointment at 11: 30 for microdermabrasion and was waiting for over 20mins to just be told that the lady I had appointment with is stuck in the traffic and someone else will take me. No apology for the wait instead she sat down and tried to upsell me some packages and wasted more time. I had express micro before but I had to say this one was super super express as it lasted only 8mins! Considering I had the full micro booked in, she didn’t even do my full face, just a little bit of T-zone and jaw line, that’s it. Why do you bother invite your clients for free treatment as a gesture when you are not planning to give them the full care and treatment? Because I had free one then I should just be brushed off? Not you just wasted my time coming for my face to just be “pat” but ruined my only day off I had.

It was my first time here today and found this clinic very professional and super friendly. Got a skin package for an amazing price. Tammy was one of the staff who helped me, and she is so helpful. She gave a lot of helpful tips and very knowledgeable about the treatments. Would love to come back and see Tammy again. It makes a huge difference when you have a warm and kind connection with someone.

Their machines aren't too painful and staff are super friendly and helpful. The last appointment I has was with Tamlyn, who was friendly, informative and made me feel comfortable. Would recommend to anyone seeking laser hair treatment.

I've had two laser treatments and they've worked amazing so far! Just be warned that a Brazilian does not include everything- you need to pay extra. The therapists that work there are really nice and professional, they make sure to get everything!

Requested for sun damage spot on my face for almost 53 appointment to fade those and had no idea why Alexandra package after package suggested me & she was sure The spots will fall off. Waiting for 2 years to see the results. But nothing changed. My stains became darker & deeper. I Wasted more than 6000 dollar with no results. Sad thing is my face gotten worse coz choose wrong treatment that Alexandra went for it. What a waste of money and time. So disappointing. I would never ever suggest for sun damage spot removal in that clinic. The stains are still there but with worse condition Don't go there. Stephanie is such nice girl but we don’t go there to make friends we went there to fix problem. Work conscience is more valuable.

Requested for mole removal. Went there for appointment and had no idea why the receptionist lady was the one doing the process. Thought the moles were removed during the treatment. The lady said only sealing the blood vessels. The scabs will fall off. Waiting for few days to see the results. But nothing changed. My moles are originally raised, after the removal they are still raised. Wasted 434 dollar with no results. Sad thing is my moles are located on my right forehead. What a waste of money and time. I have to live with raised scars tht should never be there in the very first place had I gone to different clinic. So disappointing. I would never ever suggest for mole removal in that clinic. The moles are still there but with scars. Please, Save your money and your skin from scars. Don't go there. That is their trick to rip off patients dollars.

This clinic is the worst. I've had 7 appointments for laser hair removal but no chaneges. I mentioned it several times but they just said; it takes time. It was actually wasting time and money for me.

I got lip fillers done by Grace and I have to say she is amazing! I had a million questions which she answers and I loved her work.
