Honestly improved my face and neck eczema a ton - my red itchy spots went down by about 80%.

Special call out to Erica and Roath who worked through not just my LED treatment but also lifestyle things I was doing. Definitely recommend for eczema or dermatitis treatment.

I'm a loyalist to this salon after trying the rest, I've found the best.
My current aestheticician, Maria fulfills exactly what cscc is all about - individual care, professionalism, and the best customer service in town. For example - I had some bonus treatments on my account that I forgot about. Any other salon, they would just let them lapse but these guys called me to book in to make sure I could redeem before they lapsed. Maria, in particular knows me and my face the best. I have always (to me) been embarrassed about my face, but she always makes me feel so relaxed and comfortable whilst providing the absolute best service.
I can't recommend them more - since coming here I always get asked for ID! And I have been legal for more than 20 years!

They keep promoting their products from the second your enter till you leave. I used to do treatments in another store. Move to this one simply because I moved home. Totally regret to buy my treatments in this store. They’ll try to persuade you to buy their products, EVERY TIME.

This clinic is neat and clean. All staffs here are friendly and would explain the treatments in detail. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Their products last long. Overall I had a great experience here and I am pleased with treatment and results.

The reason why I gave one star is because there is no minor one. The woman at the reception really need to learn what is customer service and instead of keeping telling me my book has been cancelled, i would prefer her asking me would you like to reschedule? Don’t treat your customers like this even when you are closing in 15mins, I paid my money, i deserve some patience.
I will make sure me and my friends never go back to this place again. Although I still have 2 treatments left.

Had a skin treatment at the Little Collins location, and nurse Lacey was most professional and helpful!
It's been a couple of weeks now, and the treatment area looks completely flawless, with no indication anything was ever there!
Maria was also very professional, and explained to me that another treatment I was interested in wasn't the right treatment I had imagined it to be.

Very unprofessional hair removal session. The therapist didn’t grid at the beginning - she tried two pencils and she found they didn’t work. She said WHATEVER and just skipped that important partI was concerned about if there would be any problems from skipping that part and if she can covered all the areas without proper grid. After three days I can confirm that she cover many areas that need to be done.

Through my previous experience, my hair won’t grow at least within three weeks after a session.
This time, after she did the laster hair removal session on Wednesday, I can see the hair now - only after three day

Very bad customer service from the therapist as well, she didn’t apologise and her attitude made me very uncomfortable.

Whilst her colleague was nice and showed empathy and tried to turn my negative feedback to positive by offering something. I feel like this is worst service I have ever had.

It’s my first time leaving a negative feedback on social media. Really disappointed.

Love this place, i have been going to here for some time now. Love the treatments, packages and prodcuts. All the girls are lovely special shoutout to Azra you know your stuff and are so lovely to deal with and i always do try and book in with her)

Lacey did a wonderful job, the result was exactly what I was hoping for, the service was above and beyond and I am looking forward to the next time I visit Lacey in the clinic!

Had my fourth Botox injection here, absolutely highly recommend Lacey! She is super professional and caring, she clearly knows my needs and I am very happy about the result. If you’re looking for someone who can really understand your needs and precisely injects the spots without causing smiling problem, just go and grab Lacey, she is the best!

1 star for Caroline and 5 stars for the other staffs. Caroline was rude and impolite during the treatment, the laser treatment wasn’t done in detailed.

I’m having severe acne concern since past 3years. I booked in an appointment and one of your staff members suggested me to go with acne signature treatment, I paid for the treatments and took 6 sessions. It made my skin go even worse. Firstly the treatment is so so so much painful, on top of it none of the staff members informed that it would cause severe scarring. I went to clear skincare clinics Moone ponds last month and started my overnight peels, they suggested me not to go with signature treatment because it would cause scarring. I had scarring before aswell but it used to fade away with time, but after signature treatment may be because of the needling it made it worse. Really very disappointed

Azra always looks after me! We have gotten my acne and skin texture under control. She is super knowledgeable and professional. Overall the clinic is always clean and all other staff are lovely too!

Condescending attitude from Caroline who did my Laser hair removal. Wasn't patient in answering questions, was rushed - borderline rude. Unclear promotion deals, needs a lot of improvement.

My appointment was at 2: 45 but I was running late just for 5 min. During my whole journey they sent me a text to confirm my appointment I replied yes and when I reached there they told me ur appointment was just for 10 min you have to go home and call to reschedule, i asked them if they can manage today because i was already on their clinic but they refused and they told me to come back next week how can u turnover a client who was already there after confirming it. Even in GP clinic’s they don’t turn over the client. Not gonna refer anyone here
