Chicken On Charcoal

Food is good, but staff are definitely not the best. Rude and unprofessional, they could all brush up on their customer service.

Chicken is decent but, as others said, the staff have no time for their customers - a few times now I've politely asked a question about the menu and been fobbed off or ignored. Also doesn't matter how cheerful you are they never crack a smile. Lose the arrogance.time to find a new chicken shop.

Cold chips, dry chicken, slow and RUDE workers. A true embaressment to the great province of eltham.

I ordered some chips from here. I left the door open and the old guy who cuts the chicken came running out after me telling me to close the door and telling me to f off. He got real up close to me like he wanted to fight. If you can run out after me mate i am sure you can close the door without hassling a customer

Son completed four hours of gymnastics and starving. Dropped in for a ‘gym pack’. Two chicken breasts, rice, and roast vegetables. Son told me it was delicious and wants to go back. Actually filled him up. The staff were friendly and helpful with allergy questions. Happy customer. Will return.

Amazingly tasty food, great service and value for money. I come here often, always the best tasting chicken in my opinion.

Honestly the best charcoal chicken I have ever had. Chicken was devine and had amazing flavour.

Only down thing was the two people serving. They were a bit rude and rushed me with my ordering even though I was the only one in there.

Best chicken in the area. You know they're good when you roll up and they have 110 chickens cooking (I counted them) where other places would have one or two.

Food is good though their customer service is pretty average. Not a nice experience, seem to always have an abrasive person on the counter everytime we go.

My nephew has severe allergies. This is one of the only places that serves fantastic tasting SAFE food. To quote my nephew “This is the best chicken I’ve ever had”.

Well done to the business for understanding the need for safe foods for children with severe allergies as this expands their food choices.

Beautiful meal.had the 1/2 chook, chips and salad dinner box for $14-95 but 1/4 would have been plenty and was $12-95! A decent range of salads, I went for Greek as it's my fav. Friendly staff, fairly quick service and the place was chock-a-block full of customers so they seem to do a roaring trade! I Highly recommend this place for a beautiful chook meal!

One of the better fast food outlets in the area. Chicken can be a touch dry, but the salads are decent quality and generally quite fresh. Beware the seasoning on the chips - would you like chips with your salt?

Bolton Street chicken you should be ashamed of yourself I have been a customer for over 15 years I prepaid three chickens the Christmas Eve when I went to pick them up I was told that they already been picked.how could this be as I had the ticket
The the staff insisted that someone else came and picked up my chickens
I couldn't believe what was going on in the end I had to kick up a big fuss and I did get my chickens.
I hope you reading this Jerry because you need to retrain your staff they are rude and have no idea what's going on

Best chicken and graveyard here. Prices a bit steep but it's a popular place so they charge accordingly. Prepare to wait at dinner time as the place gets very busy

Very impressive operation. Great chicken and chips. Gets busy, waited about 25 mins. I'd probably call ahead next time.
