Put in a phone order and when I got the was told they do not accept $100 notes. Seriously? Then was told to go the bank across the road who would break it.

The quality of food is good but customer service is the weakness point.
I reckon this is the only place in Melbourne that doesn’t have any kind of straw or takeaway cups for drinks inside the shop.
I bought 2 litres tomato sauce for 4 dollars and I had 2 pay 1 dollar for a tiny amount of it here. It’s unbelievable and sounds horrible for a business like this. You can find free tomato sauce everywhere in chicken shops.
The Greek salad didn’t taste fresh and was filled with heaps of red capsicum as you see.
Maybe back for the food but I’ll definitely bring my own accessories (straw and tomato sauce)!

The food is beautiful but adding the salad in the same box as the hot chips and chicken for a delivery order is the height of stupidity in my opinion.

The roast chicken actually has full on charcoal flavour. Very tasty and juicy chicken piece that go well with either chips or salad.

I love the chicken wrap, succulent chicken, lean bacon and tasty aioli and the staff are friendly

Flavourless chicken for $6 a quarter, you can get it better for $9 whole at woolies.and ridiculously $1 extra for a sauce.

The actually have the best chips I've ever tasted, and the chicken is pretty good as well. Pricings are not as competitive as others though, servicing speed also need improvement. But generally pretty good.

I do enjoy a lot of the food here.
In my opinion it can be a little be too over seasoned, but the flavours are good, just sometime a little too much.
I enjoy their variety of salads, the juiciness of their chicken and over all the general variety that they have to offer.
The service here used to be quite abrupt, though in recent times I have found all the staff friendly and smiling.

Not at all impressive. Wouldn't allow changes to a kids burger meal to switch chips with corn. Particular staff member had the biggest attitude.

Best chicken, very tasty amd succulent! Chips are best we've tried in a long while (and they dont go soggy because they are in open cardboard containers). Salads are great too, esp broccoli. A firm favourite every week for our fussy family.

Bad service! I heard a staff member abusing another customer for no reason, I won't be coming bad here!

Good burgers and wraps, the salads aren't the best and they are really expensive for what you get
