Bought a 2007 booster pack - it was already opened and sealed again on both packaging -another tell was there was five cards in a 6 card booster pack, UPDATED team got in contact with me after my review sent me a full refund and sent a message they where checking packs I’d be a coward if I didn’t say you can defiantly rely on a honest service and a good one and if there is any issues they will fix it-

These blokes are the kings of the Aussie sports card community. Customer service always second to none, and product range is one of the biggest. Such a variety or sports breaks offered too so there’s always something for collectors and fans to be interested in. Prices are generally quite high, but they’re usually very reasonable with offers etc. Cant wait to one day visit the actual store in Melbourne rather than just using the website.

I had an issue with a product recently. I bought to the attention of the owner of Cherry and he resolved the issue with zero hesitation. This is not the first time the owner has taken the time to help out even if its just for hobby advice. Amazing work

These guys are the best. I have purchased multiple boxes this year from them and was disappointed when I arrived in store on 2 December to pick up the two boxes of Prizm Football, only to find out Panini had pushed back the date to Friday 4 December. Josh was great and offered to send it to me express at home. This was so lovely and on Friday when I got home, two fantastically packaged boxes were there waiting for me. This has really made the weekend (together with the fact one of the boxes had a rookie WR Black Finite 1/1 in it!). I'll continue to buy from you guys and really appreciate what you did for me this week - the level of service and personal attention was second to none!

Don’t use these people, do a bit of research and find a reputable person. These people who run this are a joke.

Recently purchased some single cards, but was sent a wrong one, the Cherry team were quick to respond and went above beyond to rectify the small mistake. There is a reason they are the leaders of this hobby in Australia not only because of the products, but the outstanding customer service. Keep up the great work!

Never buy from these guys, they have ripped me off I never got my order and not even an apology or information as to where my order is, stay away from this business your only gonna get scammed by Charlie and his minions

Did a break and never received my cards, was told they have sourced my card from someone else and send it to my. Never received it.

I did get a refund for the break but was also told I’d get the card sent to me.

Have shopped with Cherry a few times now and they have been excellent in all aspects.

Bought some singles and they all have scratches and markings on them, wouldnt have got them if i knew but since they dont tell you if cards are near mint or lightly played i took the risk safe to say im not risking it again.

I love shopping at cherry for all my Yugioh products. Prices are competitive with Great singles and are always shipped well protected and promptly. Boxes sent promptly and we'll protected. Pre-orders are sent as soon as they receive them and you're always kept up to date if there's any delays. One of my go to online stores.

Visit here on a weekly basis and the team are very helpful. Great for all ages when looking for sport/non-sport trading cards. I highly recommend you visit or even go online.

Always great to deal with online and in store. Went in to sell some cards. No fuss and service was great. Been a customer for a long time and never had any worries!

Started off all well, then went downhill.

I had 2 breaks that i paid for on the same night from Cherry.
Baseball Chronicles + NBA teams break
I received all my baseball cards from the night, but nothing from the NBA Break (Including James Harden cards that i was really looking forward to receiving) Has now been 3 weeks and nothing.

Customer service was of absolutely no help to me, either no response or a quick handball to someone else that never gets back to you.

Unless you feel like MAYBE getting your cards from breaks from Cherry, i would advise not participating in these.

Feeling ripped off!

I buy from the United States, and all of my cards have come in great condition. They offer great pricing on their sports cards. Awesome entertainment value as well on their live show. Could not recommend enough

Awesome customer service instantly replied to a order issue with postage happy friendly service definitely recommend this site just ordered their mystery box fingers crossed!
