They have a very welcoming store with friendly and helpful staff. They got huge selections of cards at their store be it graded cards, singles, boxes, and booster. They also have $1 and $5 single cards for sale for those who wants to start collecting! Neato!

Great TCG supplier, all cards received were in gradable condition if that is what you are after. Have used multiple times for purchasing Pokemon cards and have never been disappointed.

I would rate zero if I could. One of the staff is extremely rude and ignorant, being mean to foreigners. We had about 10 cards to sell, he was like i will take them all or none. When i ask him how he evaluated the value for each card, he was like I just know, didn’t even bother to look it up on eBay, but what other staff said about the buying processes was a different story. Very poor staff training.

Love the boxes of bulk cards out the front and the chairs/tables to sit and look through them. Perfect way to kill a couple of hours.

Cherry Collectables is amazing for buying single ultra rare cards! Their sealed booster pack/box products are great but it’s their mint condition single cards that I always buy. If you ever want a specific rare card Cherry Collectables is where it’s at:)

Not so happy to be completely honest.
I loved checking our cherrys shop & was very excited to make an online order just over the new years break.
Ordering a silver tempest booster box and a few other booster packs, I paid express shipping & waited to hear the outcome.
I did not receive any emails to confirm my order. After calling and emailing the shop, they confirmed they did have my order, after I waited near another week, I had still no emails, no shipping information ect. I called the shop to have a chat and find out an update on my order - re-when will my items be sent out? I was advised that had not yet sent it and do not plan to do so for another week minimum possibly 2 due to many orders to process (this is completely understandable) however on cherry’s website it stated they were closed until the 3rd jan & that shipping on items would take between 3-5 days to be shipped, when speaking on the phone I was advised much longer then 3-5 days.
There was no mention of extra time to wait on shipping, I have looked everywhere including online socials. Online mentioning they are closed for new years ect.
I made the order assuming I would have it quite soon & that the only delays would potentially be Aus post.
Despite all of the above I rang the shop again and during a conversation of trying to tell the person if we could cancel the delivery & change to pick up since I am only 30-40 mins away. It would be better for us both if I just drive up in the end.we’ll half way through the conversation I believe I was miss understood and the guy canceled my order on the phone within seconds.no come pick it up or can we organise this just flat out canceled the order, complete disregard for the time, money I spent being a *First time customer.it’s really no biggie as I can always go somewhere else and my experience with cherry was certainly not terrible but unfortunately not to great either by any means. I would love to return as a customer of cherrys but after today I feel like there was just no time, empathy or even consideration regarding my situation. I did everything right and took all the right steps as far as contact and the customer service over the phone made me feel extremely small and uncared for, i will be very happy to take my business elsewhere.
1 stars for the simple fact your shop is pretty cool:) wish I could give more but other stores in the area seem to be much more accommodating to their customers. The last 6-12 months of negative reviews is clearly enough to alarm anybody planning to purchase from cherry. Very glad I won’t be receiving items from cherry in the end.

Absolute bunch of flogs, I'm owed over $400 for a purchase that wasn't fulfilled, Still waiting!

Wow all I get is a sad face reply after I sent numerous emails I sent 6 years ago with no reply over damaged football cards and no returned phone calls

New store is pretty amazing. Bulk section is random and depending on the time and day can be really good, or okay. Huge selection of proddy and the team are super nice.

Even better if you're into Pokemon and Panini cards
