Have tried contacting Chemist warehouse today, for over an hour and still waiting. Has been totally frustrating as there’s no message to leave to call back. If you are reading this anyone from the main office, reply so l can speak to someone.

Disgusting service. I have being a loyal online customer for 10 years. The current online process is disgusting. I will never buy from chemist warehouse again. Took over a month to get a small order. I actually cancelled the order after 3 weeks delay. And asked for a refund. They refused and told me once I ever got order I could send back on my own expense! 5 weeks later they sent the order.

AVOID this company. Their online prescription ordering is a bad joke. They send you an email confirmation that they've received your script from your doctor, and then a day later send you an email that they can't despatch your order until they receive your script. Multiple emails and phone calls made to sort this out, yet I have yet to even receive a confirmation email or even be able to speak to anyone. Still no medicine despatch after nearly 3 weeks. Now my wife will need to visit her doctor again to get another script. Hours wasted in something very very simple. Looking at the other reviews here, I'm not the only one. What a joke. It's not often I get upset but this is positively the worst experience with a company I've ever had. ZERO stars if I could.

Disgusted this morning second person through the door need my prescriptions filled waited 50 minutes while rat tests handed to others. What about my scripts, your rush for quick money has lost you my account, I Will NOT BE BACK.

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered important medicine from CWH online on the 25th of January, it's now the 8th of Feb and i am still waiting! The order tracking says "Processing" and it's not a very large order (3 small items in total). They then make it next to impossible to get in contact with them to speak to someone about your order, I was on hold for 44m23s exactly before someone picked up. Then when they finally answered, the person i spoke to didn't give me anymore information then i already knew, e.i. My order was being processed. I tried to understand how long it would take for it to be sent out and he advised me that orders are taking 3-4 WEEKS TO PROCESS due to COVID - Poor covid, it has been blamed for soo much! I couldn't believe that a company as huge as chemist warehouse was having personnel issues due to covid. I can believe they're having personnel issues due to the way they treat their staff. I worked at chemist warehouse. It was the worst time of my life!

Anyway, back to my order. I then got frustrated and told the customer service person that it was unacceptable that an order so small was taking 3-4weeks just to process (not including shipping and delivery) and there was nothing that remotely resembles this on their website when your making the purchase (as they try and upsell you everything else in their store) it does however say they will "endeavor to dispatch within 1 business day" - yeh right! He then offered me a refund. I am extremely disappointed and have vowed, no matter how "cheap" they seem to be (ex-employee hint: there's always a compromise on quality) I will never shop at Chemist Warehouse again!

Chemist Warehouse directly discriminated against my partner, even after he explained that he had a written medical exemption for not wearing a mask.
They told him that he would have to wait outside in future, rushed him to the front of the store and hurried him out the door.
This is the first business I've personally come across that feel they have the right to discriminate against people with lawful medical exemptions.
He was left humiliated and embarrassed, on top of everything else he has to deal with.
This is absolutely not good enough.

After being a loyal customer my whole life i was refused entry on Elizabeth St Store and Burke st stores on the weekend.i have multiple medical conditions that prevent me from wearing a mask, i carry a letter and wear a tag and was denied entry. DISCRIMINATION - i have put an official complaint with Vig Gov

Is there any way possible to have your stores actually answer the phone? I only have to call the Footscray store once a month to order medication but every time, it's that same thing. No answer. Phone rings out. What is going on?

Absolutely appalling customer service and no compassion. I ordered chemo mouthwash for my father who was battling cancer.before my order even got delivered he passed away, and I explained what had happened and asked if I could return it. 5 emails later getting runaround and no clear answer why I could not return it.then they ignored my next emails before finally one month later saying it was not eligible for return.absolutely no compassion and understanding in what was a highly distressing time for my family. Mel B was the customer service officer and I seriously recommend she gets more customer training

Today morning the chemist hijab lady should be removed. I think very dozy way she passed the exam. Does not know how to read a prescription. Over dosing baby medicine, for her mistake my baby was vomiting, have to take to emergency, her license should be canceled. Rude, overconfident and a liar. Lady we should respect you when you respect other, we spend money you get your salary with fake license. Not qualified to be in chemist warehouse, same on you.

Tried to shop at Chemist Warehouse in Keysborough yesterday, the one on the corner of Springvale and Cheltenham Roads. I had just paid for a bottle of B12 it was in my hand with the receipt I had just received from the cashier and all of a sudden I head MADAM MAY I CHECK THAT YOU HAVE JUST PAID FOR THOSE TABLETS! He was talking to me very loudly so people walking past heard and stopped and looked, I have never felt so embarrassed in all my life and NOT ONE APOLOGY from this guy, all I got was I am just doing my job, well excuse me the staff need to be taught how to speak to customers. Anyhow he took the bottle tablets off me with the receipt and walked away, came back and said our beeper went off I need to look into your bag, by now I was furious, I showed him my bag and he saw 2 sets keys, I said one are my car keys, the other my door keys, well his response was, that is what you are telling me, but how do I know that they are! My friend had joined me by then, she had heard the noise over at Chemist Warehouse and did not even think it had anything to do with me. She took the tablets and receipt off him went straight up to a cashier and demanded my money back. The girl wanted to pop the $10 on my credit card, and I said no as I just purchased them not 5 minutes ago with cash, in the end I did get the cash and she went on to say sorry, but I felt she thought it a big joke! I will never shop Chemist Warehouse again.

Your signage or any stores without the acknowledgement of exempt people, is discriminatory along with not serving a customer because they are not wearing a mask, is in breach of the Equal Opportunity Act (Vic) 2010.

I quote the Equal Opportunity Act 2010 (Vic) wherein it states in Division 4:

44 Discrimination in the provision of goods and services

(1) A person must not discriminate against another person—
(a) by refusing to provide goods or services to the other person; or
(b) in the terms on which goods or services are provided to the other person;"

Considering this Section of the Act, refusal to allow medically exempt customers in for goods and services is a breach. Signs in the store are discriminatory and selectively enforcing the DHHS Guidelines instead of all of them around masks.

Chemist warehouse is not inclusive and supports and encourages DISCRIMINATION! They have refused to change the discriminatory signage on their stores entrances, which states "No Mask, No Entry": as per the DHHS website, you are exempt from wearing a face mask for a valid medical reason. Other stores such as Target, Bunnings, Office Works have been more than happy to change their store signs.not Chemist Warehouse. Shame on them! I give ZERO stars. Boycott CWH

I went into one of the stores and spent a lot and I asked to after pay it which the say after pay. The sales girl saud sorry no after pay in store they only offer zip or Ali I asked what is Ali its a chinese company So they choose chinese over australian. I wont buy again from them they are very rude no service at all. I would pay an extra 1$ to get good service. No chemist warehouse This is australia not china offer australian first

Refused entry is illegal. Especially those with a medical condition or disability. Read your DHHS information and the 1990 disability act. Boycott chemist warehouse.

Masks not mandatory in stores in Victoria - I walked into Chemist Warehouse Malvern and within a minute was approached by staff. I felt incredibly uncomfortable, the fear has to stop - too many complaints about this Chemist Warehouse, I will going forward be shopping elsewhere.

Very bad customer service today at the Moorabbin store, was discriminated against because not wearing a mask and I had a legal exemption as per the DHHS website guidelines. The person at entry freaked out and sounded an alarm, told me I could not enter the store. Then called for an assistant that shadowed me all through the store and eventually forced me to wear a mask. This is in breach of the Equal Opportunity Act (Vic) 2010 Division 4. I will now boycott Chemist Warehouse and I will tell everyone I know to do the same. This unacceptable behaviour.

I was contacted by a young person yesterday saying she had been refused entry at your Baxter store because she was not wearing a mask.

This young person is medically exempt from wearing a mask and produced a medically letter which states this. Still was refused entry. I find this totally out of line with the DHHS website and other retail.

The major supermarkets allow medically exempt people that do not wear masks to enter their premises. I have entered 3 different Chemists (not Chemist Warehouse) in the last week wearing a face shield as I cannot wear a mask and no one said anything. This stance is unacceptable and is in contravention with the disability act.

I ask you to communicate with all your stores that there are many of us that cannot wear masks for medically reasons and we must be allowed to enter.

Furthermore many have emailed you, contacted you via your fb page on their experience regarding your policy and no one has received a response. Not a good way to treat your customers.
