Chelsea Nail and Beauty Bayside

I have been here a few times each time as been a hit and miss. The last time I went I left with bleeding fingers because they were rough, square nails when I asked for a round finish and to top it off I wanted to pay by card but they said “go get cash out it’s better” then was told to give a review on here.wont be returning.

My daughters and I have been coming to Chelsea Nails for a long time because they do an amazing job every time. Fabulous shape and huge range of colours to choose from. The staff are friendly and there is a great vibe here of people that enjoy their work, easy to relax here while getting pampered. Today I got super red shiny nails on hands and toes, loving them ️

I’ve been having my nails done here occasionally since moving to the area two years ago. At first I chose this shop because it appears to be clean, tidy and well maintained. My most recent visit however, I was very disappointed. Although I couldn’t understand the conversation between the manager and the technician, I understood by the tone that it wasn’t good. They had tried to encourage me to get acrylic nails with shellac on top which is pointless for the cost when you can get the dip powder for cheaper with the same effect. Throughout the service the technician was clearly annoyed with me continuing to insist I’d made a mistake and being very rough with me, pushing and yanking my fingers. During the treatment she also had other staff come up and look at my nails, clearly pointing to the discarded shellac that I’d rejected. I’ve never felt uncomfortable in a salon before and I always try to be friendly, even if I’m not holding a constant stream of conversation, but this day changed that.

Have been getting nails done for 19 years, and have been to many salons - this is THE best place to go. Beautiful job every time. You might have to wait but it’s worth it! (There’s a reason they’re so busy!)

So good! I moved from Altona to Seaford and had a regular salon for years - scared to go anywhere else, but I was not disappointed at all! Perfect shape, time and care put into my nails from the senior manager Jui, HILARIOUS other manager called Que - I think - he was so friendly and funny, told me to call him Cute or Sexy, I was in tears! Great vibe, great price, great service and fabulous nails! #newlocal

This shop has never let me down. The staff are so friendly and the quality of nails are perfect and consistent. The staff are always very welcoming and even hand out a bottle of water for each customer.

I have been coming to Chelsea Nails for awhile now, and I love the quality of the work and the attention to detail, my technician today was Jull and she was fantastic. My nails last for a very long time with no chipping at all and I really enjoy my time in the salon.

This place always does an AMAZING job every time.beautiful, thin and natural looking nails. The girls are lovely and the service is great, i never have to wait very long either.

This is the BEST nail place in Frankston. Every staff member is only to willing to help and accommodate customers. Very professional service
