I just walked out as I was sat in the back corner away from everyone else and ignored for a good half an hour and only once did the man come and talk to me to ask what colors I'd picked, he got them out and I was ignored after that. Horrible customer service. I'll just go elsewhere to have my nails done. I should add that in the time I was sat there plenty of other people came in and out and by the time I left without anything done there was a total of 4 people in the salon and 2 of which looked to be new customers.

Could not recommend Chelsea Nails more. Fantastic staff and I have never been more happy with my nails. I got SNS done by a gorgeous lady (Quinn) who was extremely talented. I’m so so happy with them. Thank you so much Chelsea Nails. Can’t wait for my next appointment.

The best customer service i have ever had in a nail salon. These people know exactly what they are doing and provide a next level of service. I walked out completely happy and have become a repeat customer forever.

I got my nails done here recently and had an issue with the top coat cracking. Came back to have it fixed and the care was fantastic. Fixed my problem straight away and apologized for the inconvenience. I love coming here, the staff are always lovely and the place doesn't have that horrible chemical smell, free bottles of water and the staff don't mind having a bit of a chat.

I made the mistake of going to another salon in the area a while back who tried to force me to get acrylics (I'm very allergic) and when I said no it felt like they became impatient with me and rushed me. Ended up cutting me and ruining my nails. Not here though. They do lovely SNS and take their time and will give you what you want. Constantly ask you if you're happy through almost every step and are happy to help. I also don't get charged an exorbitant amount for having my nails a little longer.

Will be back for sure.

I got my nails done with sns and tips last week. They were all lovely and did a great job. Then only one week later and all the nails started lifting off and one came off all together. I went back and showed them and they were very gracious and redid all my nails. I am very appreciative of the service they have given. Thank you.

Its the little things, like the small bottle of water you get while your there. They lady I had who did my nails seemed to know exactly what I wanted - every point along the process where your asked what you want she would ' do you want.say whatever it was' and it was totally me. Silly I know but I love that!

Terrible service, the lady made 3 of my fingers bleed.terrible hygiene practices, even after making me bleed i wasn't told to wash my hands.nails were aching for two days straight after the service.honestly so dissapointed

Chelsea is such an amazing place to get your nails done, they care so much about there work, they make sure your happy with the shape and colour and if your not they fix it.ive never been to a nail salon that respects me as much as chelsea does and they are always alot of fun and such a luagh.i definitely would recommend

This place is very 'hit or miss'. They're great value, however the quality will largely depend on the person doing your nails (same goes for your experience). I've had some ladies be super gentle, and one in particular be super rough.on 2 separate visits I've been cut (with equipment I'm sure isn't sterile), and have had skin broken from rough filing. This place is the best I've found in the area for value nails, but it's still very up in the air as to how well the job will be done on a particular visit. Not very good at following reference photos either (and aren't very neat with some art), so if you have a particular design in mind then be wary of that. Don't get me wrong, I have had some great experiences here, but I feel like the place does a complete 180 sometimes (especially when busy), trying to get through people fast and not paying enough time or care for each person (understandable but also not when people are paying for a service).

Love this place i see jill for my nails and she is so professional and does a great job ive been to other places and have had bad service and bad job but at chelsea nails all the staff are very professional and friendly

Jill and the staff at Chelsea nails are all amazing. Very happy with how fast and efficient Jill is. Great service all round, highly recommended!

My daughter and I have been coming here for years. The staff are lovely and they do an excellent job. I have tried a couple of other salons and my nails don't last nearly as long this is why they are the busiest nail salon in Frankston.

I went in there this evening, amazing work on my nails! I am very impressed! Thank you so much for my purple shellac! Reasonable price as well

Horrible place. Rude customer service, absolutely rude women who doesn't listen to what you want and when you say no I wanted this she starts talking about you in her language thinking you can't understand her. Left with burnt fingers and ripped skin, misshapped nails never going back and will make sure all my friends and family stay far away from this place.

Chelsea nails is the best nail salon in Frankston by far! I have been going to them continuously for a couple of years now and refuse to go anywhere else as i know i always get treated very well by all of the Chelsea staff! They always do the best job on my nails and if you ever had an issue they woulf fix it straight away so you leave happy. All of the staff are great but Jill usually does my nails and she is amazing. She takes her time and makes sure your nails are perfect with clean shape and edges. 100% recommend Chelsea nails to anyone who wants beautiful looking nails!

This nail salon is very clean and the employees are very nice. This was my first time here and i got acrylic with shellac. I thought my nails looked really good until i had a proper look about 20min after i left. There are a bubbles and scratches in the nails. I gave them 3 stars because their range of products are fantastic but it was a very rushed job and i won't be going back. If you decide to go here just make sure you keep checking that they are up to your satisfaction.

I drive 20 mins out of my way to go to Chelsea Nails as they are fantastic! Jill does my nails and always does a great job and she's fast! I've been getting my nails done at various salons over the years and Chelsea Nails is definitely the best!
