I had my nails done a few days before Christmas, although there was a lot of people in the salon, I felt as though everyone was treated warmly and the service was not compromised due to the rush, my nail tech took her time and treated me and those around me with respect and kindness.this was a stand out experience considering the pressure this time of year can present in shopping centres. I loved my acrylic nail manicure and gel polish pedicure and would highly recommend.

The best nail salon! I've been getting my nails done for years and will not go anywhere else. Doesn't matter which worker you get, always an amazing job. No matter what pattern you want, they can always do it. Lasts until your next refil and never chips or snaps.

Fantastic! Walked in for two Pedicures after waiting 40 mins at Organic. Owner was very nice very honest about wait time which was appreciated! TWO Pedis were awesome BEST I've ever had! ' Vieu' & 'Le' were amazing! Highly recommend we will be back! Fantastic!

I've been going to Chelsea nails for a few years now and the quality has generally been hit-or-miss. I'm not a huge nail person so I didn't particularly mind getting nails that were occasionally the wrong shape or a bit wonky. However this week I got a set of SNS nails and within 2 days I had four of them break. The lady doing my nails also cut me with the nail file three times causing me to bleed. When I went into the salon to request a refund they offered to redo the set of nails, which I appreciated, but I had to decline because when the nails snapped, they damaged my natural nails along with them - leaving me with no nail to actually apply SNS or anything on.
So, despite giving me nails that broke in two days, cutting my fingers, and damaging my natural nails the owner declined to give me a refund. And told me to "go anywhere else".
I understand that mistakes happen but I also think that a business should be able to offer refunds when their services are not up to par. I usually have a lovely experience in the salon working so it was upsetting to see how quickly they can treat their regular customers poorly.

I got nails removed here because another nail place absolutely ruined them, and the ladies at Chelsea nails were so nice and helpful with it all! Would 100% recommend going here!

I really enjoyed this place, this was my first time and my exceptions were what I was expecting. They were very precise with the nail cutting and shapes. The lady who did my nails was very and talkative and she even took 5 dollars off to make up for the time waiting. I’ll definitely be coming here again.

Manicures here are great but I got a pedicure done and the lady cut the side of my nail off and ripped it out of the nail bed and now I have a very painful ingrown nail.

I went to Chelsea nails because I had such a bad experience at another nail salon near them, I told them what happened and she immediately soaked and fixed my nails and also did it at a discounted price, she was amazing and everyone there was so nice!

I highly recommend Chelsea nail salon. All of the staff are professional and you get the same results every time, no matter who does your nails.

I’ve been here a lot over the years and generally used to be happy with the service provided. I have no qualms w regard to the pedicures - they’re all well done! However, over the past few visits my manicures have been shocking - the cuticles haven’t been properly removed, my surrounding skin was left dry and irritated, the nail polish was hastily applied, the nails weren’t buffed properly. Just very unhappy. A simple manicure with nail polish shouldn’t be this complicated…

I came in with an acrylic set from another Salon that was less than 1 week old, it was horrible and driving me crazy. The ladies at Chelsea nails completely re-did them for me to an absolutely amazing standard! Huin was really lovely and did such a good job, I was so excited to see them come out looking just like the inspiration pic I showed her! She paid so much attention to detail and was so nice and chatty.
I will absolutely be coming back to see her again. 10/10?

I frequent this nail salon alot and im always happy with the result. Amazing service and attention to detail, the staff never rush and are super polite and professional. The salon itself is clean and super gorgeous. I absolutely loved the make over they had a few years ago. 10/10 recommend this place.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for almost 10 years. Today has changed all that.

Accompanying myself and my friend today was my 8 week old son, who was asleep in his pram. Upon waking and crying for a brief period, the male owner took it upon himself to lift my pram cover and pick up my crying newborn out of his pram without asking, and after being told my child would be fine in a moment and would put himself back to sleep.

It is NOT okay to touch another persons child without asking, after you’ve been told to leave him, and worse - during a pandemic.

I will not be returning.

I will never get my manicures or pedicures anywhere else! Everyone there are lovely and provide an amazing service. My nails always look fantastic! Do yourself a favor and get your nails done at Chelsea nails!
