Work at f45, promoted these guys, got them a few more customers, tried cancelling a few hours after the cut-off, they won't let me cancel out, i leave to travel in a few days so there just willing to waste a full box of meals rather than take a few minutes to cancel the order, would not recommend them in the future, spoke to a wonderful lady Christina but she couldn't help </3

Currently using Chefgood for the F45 challenge. It was delivered to my door overnight and the food is amazing, so much better than I could do myself. Super convenient and great customer service. Highly recommend!

Twice now the delivery times have been incredibly inconvenient. The first time they came at 530am!

Tonight I was woken up to a 2am delivery - 2AM. What a horrible customer experience and caused a fright.

I have pictures to prove it too.

**UPDATE sorry 2am is a completely unacceptable time to be doing any deliveries there’s a problem with your system if this is something you’re consistently doing.

Worst service ever. The first time they left our food on the street and somebody took it. They then turned up at 5 am one time and 2am the next time. - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

At least once a month, my husband and I look at each other and say, "Chefgood is worth every cent. " Between the convenience, the nutritional balance, and the delicious taste, we can't speak highly enough of this company. Their customer service has always been good, too, and if any issues ever arise, they're rectified immediately. Easy and delicious.

I have been using Chefgood as my meal delivery service for almost 12 months. I love the service, the food is amazing and varied, and anytime I have had issues with my food I have been well looked after.
I can not speak highly enough of Chefgood.

Was getting along well until my veg curry had the largest piece of chicken in it!
If you are a vegetarian or have any allergies then do not use as I wouldn't trust their packaging process!
EDIT: The customer service team were very quick to respond and seemed genuinely concerned that this happened. They are doing an investigation so hopefully the outcome of that is this will not happen again in future. I was enjoying the meals up to this point.

Used for the F45 challenge, seriously recommend. Food was all amazing, easy website to change/swap meals, fresh all week long. Good information on delivery times, very competitive pricing. Will continue using through maintenance phase & during my next challenge! Thanks again guys, couldn't have had these great results without you!
