CHEFGOOD

Was meant to have my food delivery Sunday night, it's now Tuesday and have had no ETA. They've taken my money. No communication of when I'll get my box. They said they'd email me an ETA, still waiting 24 hours later. They dont answer their phones or reply online. It's a shame as the food is yummy but don't trust the delivery anymore.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR FOOD DELIVERED ON TIME! It is unfortunate that I have to write this as the meals are nice, however, for the second time in just a couple of weeks, my delivery has been substantially delayed. I spend more time following up on where my food is than it would take me to actually cook. After the first incident, which caused my meals to become spoiled, they gave me my refund through store credit, so I decided to try them again. This was a big mistake, as my meals have once again been substantially delayed. Chefgood and their delivery partner's mistakes come at the consumer's expense.

4 for the food quality, however, only an overall 2 rating due to lack of issue follow-up and issues with content of items. I was very disappointed that despite having a vegetarian & vegan plan, I was provided with real meat meals.

I ordered from Chefgood a long time ago - ONCE. It was so terrible, I stopped and also have "unsubscribed" number of times. Until now, I have not left any review as I didn't want to post negative comments. However, you keep sending me emails - addressing me by name. So PLEASE STOP! The food was either really bland or salty. The ingredients were very poor quality. Quantity was very small. Hopefully, you will stop sending me emails.

Convenient and tasty. As a shift worker, I find this service fantastic, It helps me save time to train after work and provides me with enough nutrition to meet my training goals. The variety and changing meals every week means you have options of having different food delivered straight to your door. High recommend Chefgood!

Chefgood has a fantastic customer service if you have had any problems with your orders or transactions. I had a lovely woman who spent quite a while sorting out the glitch I'd had with the system this week and very happy to help - Thank you if you are reading this!:)

The chicken wrap is the best! Absolute game changer for lunches. As a personal trainer, I have recommended these meals to my clients. It is the perfect balance between low calorie and still tasting delicious!

I highly recommend Chefgood! I have tried previous company’s but this by far is my favourite one! The service is great and delivery is always on time! They have a huge variety of different meal options which is what I like the most, definitely will continue to order!

Easy meals delivered straight to my door! The delivery is always on the right day. The quality of the meals itself is amazing for premade easy to microwave meals. Would recommend to those who struggle to cook, want new recipe ideas, have no time on their hands and are wanting a quick and easy meal!

Fantstic food, but really poor process for ordering. I was charged $40 more than what was on my invoice, then when I tried to pause future deliveries had one I wanted not turn up (even though the website said it was too late to stop it coming). Customer service then refused to send anything out their next delivery run (following day). If the system improves I'd highly recommend because the food is great.

I wouldn't bother ordering from this place, 2 out of 4 times the delivery order is completely wrong, not even one single item is correct. They have either given your order to someone else or they have issues with their website menu and ultimately they deliver whatever their regular menu happens to be which is the food no-one wants.

I’m loving my Chefgood boxes, they are super convenient delivered to your front door. Easiest meal prep ever, just grab and go. And most importantly, DELICIOUS!

I love how convenient and delicious all the Chef Good meals are! They fit my macros and save me a lot of time in the kitchen. Makes life so much easier

Great food, good portions, a rotating menu with competitive prices? What's not to love!? I've tried food delivery services previously, but more often than not the quality is variable, and many contain a laundry list of added gums and flavour enhancers! And flavour-wise, they aren't a patch on ChefGood! From melt-in-the-mouth meat to a variety of veg, the menu is evolving and from what I've tasted thus far, delicious. Sure, they may not be the cheapest in the business, but I think it's a clear-cut case of getting what you paid for. In my mind Chefgood is a clear winner.

The food is great but the delivery service is terrible - so 2.5 stars. Constantly updates all day to later and later times and then doesn't arrive until the next day. Not sure I will continue with the service due to lack of delivery reliability especially during summer when food is more likely to spoil due to heat.

This is unfortunate as the food is really tasty and well portioned.

I wouldn’t change a single thing about Chefgood! Everything is perfect and the meals tastes AMAZING!

Super easy, great taste, spice where there’s supposed to be spice. Flavour unexpected in premade meals. Now my Monday to Friday go to!
