54 We had issues with manufacturing issues but Sophie the store manager was incredible in handling the issue and provided a remedy that left us satisfied.
I would highly recommend giving them a revisit if you had less than satisfactory experiences and talk to Sophie. Very approachable and very professional!

They never have anything I want, it's so sad everytime I see something online that I absolutely love they never have.
Another terrible shopping experience:) Staffs think that they are too “high-ended” to yell/scold at the customers. I think she is the MANAGER! It was because I only asked for a few hundreds dollars purse so she rolled her eyes and “passed” me to the trainee. I don’t mind talking to the new staff but the way the manager “talked” to me made me feel offended! Again what goes around comes around! ️

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
Today around 1pm my friends and I went into the store to look for a pair of shoes, as we walked in we were followed by security to the shoe section because of the way we were dressed.
It's a Sunday so we were in active wear.
I've been into many designer stores and never have I ever experienced such discrimination before.
As my friend found the shoes she wanted, we looked up and the old security guard was watching us intently, I asked him if he worked here and he shook his head, he then called this 40 year old looking brunette servant by the name of Kala who had smudged red lipstick all over her mouth proceed to look us up and down as if we didn't belong in the store when our intention was to purchase some shoes.
My friend asked her if the shoes came in black and she scoffed with "They're sold out, they won't be back until next year probably", she then stood next to the security guard, gave him a disgusted look and pretended to look away at other patrons.
At this point we were all in disbelief by her attitude and left the store.
Never in my entire life have I ever felt so disgusted by a retail employee's behaviour. The servant made us feel like we were second class citizens for no reason. It was like we were bothering her by asking her a question.
I've been into other Chanel stores before and the service has always been impeccable.
To Chanel HQ or even the store manager, during your hiring process perhaps you may want to reevaluate who you employ as they are a reflection on you as a brand and as a company. A little bit of customer service and training goes a long way.
I'll be sure to go to Flinders Lane for my next purchase - that's if I ever decide to purchase from Chanel ever again.
We Went in to purchase a present for my birthday and I was looking at a couple of wallets which I couldn’t decide on. The man serving me couldn’t really care less.felt like he just wanted us gone, he sounded annoyed when I asked to look at another one. Feeling like I couldn’t make a descion because I just felt rushed and uncomfortable and also jsht being out of by the experience I said I would think about and come back with my choice. I almost didn’t go back because it just annoyed me really. But I decided to give it another shot. We were served by a lovely girl Catherine and she helped me and was more then happy to serve us. We sealed the deal with her and I purchased a wallet. So she really turned my experience around so thank you Catherine.
All ways not enough stuff very long line to get into store.luxury shopping shouldn't be like this.
Chanel very disappointing your customer service is the most appalling service l have ever experienced.
Considering your items are very expensive the service that is provided is disgraceful. I have had to return a faulty item just after 8 weeks of having it and than l am waiting for over 8 weeks to have a resolution to the faulty item. No body calls you and when they say they will call you back they don’t!
Terrible service. The workers have no idea what they are selling, and are not helpful at all. I was expecting a luxurious service for such a luxury brand, and was not given it. Even other smaller shops have better service than this! Awful experience in this store. Very disappointed.
Customer service is very poor and so unprofessional. The girl that was serving us was making her own judgement on Chanel product on how good or bad their bag is. She was so arrogant and careless. Very disappointing!
Long waiting and usually been told no stock. I Waited for one hour and have been shown only a few things. The staff brought out another one when I asked again. Poor service.
An excellent place and a vibrant place and shop to visit if you want to buy for that special lady in your life perhaps could be for a birthday a gift great to look around and make a selection prices are good staff friendly
