The staff are very rude! I went to purchase makeup with my sister yesterday and they didn’t even help us! The old lady with the blonde hair and the Rolex was extremely rude and the Asian workers! Please check on your staff attitudes as they are just working in retail! Thank you!

I am really not happy this time with my purchase. The lady was rude and I asked for a gift wrap although they had so many boxes to wrap she simply denied and said my purchase is not enough for it. Wont come again to this boutique. I think its better to buy from myer and davidjones. Atleast they offer courtesy and incredible services plus returns for change of mind. The sole purpose of visting chanel store was service which was poor here.

Very poor service.

We walked in and requested to see their earrings as a gift for my sister. The sales attendant wordlessly walked us over to to view the earrings and didn’t speak a word to us as we enquired about different products, just pulled them out of the case. None of the earrings in the case were what we were after, so we continued to have a light browse of the store.

The sales attendant followed us like a hawk through the store. At first I thought “maybe he’s sticking around to help us if we had any enquires” - but nope. He didn’t say a word. It felt like an intimidation tactic since we were dressed casually (it’s a shopping centre - not Crown or the Ritz lol). I was baffled. I felt like the lowest of the low, like this guy thought I would try to steal something.

I saw a pair of heels that were gorgeous and enquired about them. He told me the price and I said “Lovely, they’re so cute” and would have genuinely considered purchasing had he not given me a once over, stared at my casual sandals and rolled his eyes.

We continued walking and my mum noticed another jewellery case that had nicer, higher priced pieces than the one he initially showed us. We were interested in those, and my mum asked “Why didn’t you also show us these earrings? ”. He didn’t have an answer, just stood there. We had to ask to have a look at them and it seemed like it was the biggest inconvenience in the world.

Without the attitude, following and discrimination we would’ve picked those earrings. Luckily Versace came to the rescue with their top notch customer service and gorgeous pieces.

You’d think a store with such high prices and high quality would also have a high standard of customer service. Apparently not.

Special thanks to James and Saliena for their excellent services, I was looking for a medium boy in black last minute for a surprise gift. They were out of stock but was expecting a delivery the same day and was able to secure one for me. It really made me and my partners day.

P.s. I was in the Chanel City Branch as well, I was told they were also expecting a delivery. However the SA did not bother to check, and only advised me that they do not know when or even what bags they will be receiving and was put on a wait list.

Chadstone Chanel will definitely be my preferred store in the future.

You would think with the amount they charge for their products they could afford to have someone answering phones. I have been trying to call for over a week and no answer. Not professional at all!

Thank you Oscar and store manager Sophie for going above and beyond, and for the great service. Me and my partner are very happy to find a bag that I am absolutely in love with.

Oscar was very helpful, responsive and knowledgeable as it was quite evident that he has extensive experience working there. Very attentive to detail, and everything was packed with care and thought. For example, when I mentioned I had plans to travel he gave us an extra shopping bag in case if we need it. He was able to explain details about the bag, and use stories to help us appreciate it even more.

I think in this store service is hit and miss as I have been a few times, but who serves you definitely rounds off the whole experience.

Amazing service today by Vivian! She was so helpful and had extensive knowledge of products. I’m so excited by my bag purchase. Vivian gave me all the time I needed and was lovely. After reading a few reviews on here I was a little hesitant about my purchase however she was so pleasant I can’t wait to go back. Thanks again.

I must say the service of Oscar is so bad! Disrespect customers! I added his wechat and he said he will notify me when my dream bag is available. However I just asked him some questions, seldom reply and! I found he even blocked me.ridiculous! Also he served many customers in the same time.

I bought a bracelet and the crystals fell off for the second time already. The store manager insist it was on the a minor defect and refused to refund. Within three months the crystals embedded in my bracelet fell off so the quality is just rubbish.

The gentleman that was meant to be helping, instead was less-than-helpful, dis-interested and outright clueless about the product or the waiting list.

Q1. Are we on the waiting list? A. Yes
Q2. Where are we on the list? A. Don't know where the list is, you'll be contacted
Q3. How will you contact us if you don't know where the waiting list is? A. We will contact you.

I am not sure if this guy is actually this bad all the time, but he needs to understand that he isn't Coco Chanel re-incarnated & attending an awards ceremony for his wondrous designs and business zeitgeist. He's just selling the stuff. In any case, we left and came to the realisation that we won't support a business that doesn't support us.

. This attitude goes all the way to the phone staff who don't seem to have any idea, either. The staff seem like posers through and through.

My partner purchased a bag from Chanel Chadstone and it was sold to him in a less than acceptable condition. There were multiple scratches on the bag and the bag was not packed properly. Unfortunately he did not realise until after he got home. I brought the bag to Chanel on Flinders Lane to exchange and when they saw the damages on the bag they stated that it was in unsellable condition. Luckily, they were able to buff most of it out but stated that they will be sending it back to the Chadstone store as they won’t sell a bag in that condition at theirs. They also said that the bag was not packed properly with tissue paper inside, therefore making the bag lose its shape. You’d think that if you pay over $10,000 for a bag that it’d be sold to you in perfect brand new condition. Clearly the sales assistants at Chanel Chadstone do not care for the customers that they serve. It’s also obvious that the store in general doesn’t care about the kind of service that they provide because looking at their reviews, many other customers has also had a bad experience. I recommend taking your business to the Flinders Lane store instead.

If you do go into Chanel at Chaddy, must go see Christiano! For the best service, patience and most importantly.to be able to have a FUN shopping experience! He is my go to person for all Chanel now! I trust him with whatever he has to offer me because he is so genuine.

Interesting store with a wide range of items. Staff are pretty helpful and when my wife and I were there they provided her with plenty of recommendations. Quality high end items and many are extremely pricey too. Will be back in the near future.

We have purchase from this store before and a few weeks ago we went in to check out if they had any Classic and other bags of interest. One of the sales rep (No customer or PR skill at all) was not helpful and all she would say was no stock, can't get it and to be helpful she could have check their system to see whether other stores may have stock.

Anyhow, we end up going to the Melbourne Store and the Rep there was awesome. He managed to bring out bags that Chadstone store claimed that they didn't have stock. And, my wife end up buying a Large Classic bag "Calfskin".

Melbourne city store will be my Chanel store of choice in the near future and I hope they don't hire the Chadstone store staff.

I was contacted by a sales representative and told that my dream handbag was arrived. But due to the covid-19 lockdown, I could not visit their store. When Vivian heard this, she shouted out that "wait for next time! " and hung up my phone in an unexpectedly rude way.

COMPLETE BAD TASTE IN YOUR MOUTH. What is wrong with Melbourne's sales associates? Regional manager needs to speak to the store manager and train their staff better in customer service and to treat all staff equal.

Disgusted by the customer service I received on the phone today. I called up to inquire about two pairs of earrings and when I got through to the store I spoke to a women for about 30 seconds before she either hung up or left the phone. I then tried to call another 2 times and it was left ringing and went to message bank. Luckily I called the Flinders Lane store and received a much better outcome.

Really unprofessional staff and store management, making unnecessary queue for such a long time, highly not recommend to visit this one, other stores like Louis Vuitton and Dior is much better managed.

What a joke? Always looks down on customers. We spend 10 minutes there and the staff treated us like we are wasting their time. They don’t even look at us why talking. You are just a retail staff ladies.

We ended up bought LV bag just because way better customer service.
