Visited this store today to purchase a birthday gift for my wife. Was very well looked after by a female staff member named Anastasia. She was a pleasant staff member who was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Was treated right and respectfully from beginning to end of transaction. Thank you for looking after my wife and I today. We highly appreciate the level of service you provided. Will certainly be back here.

Interesting store with a wide range of items. Staff are pretty helpful, and when my wife and I were there, they provided her with plenty of recommendations. Quality high-end items and many are extremely pricey, too. Will be back in the near future.
I got served by Marine today, blond lady with heavy make-up and with a big attitude. She probably judged me and what I can buy by what I was wearing which was hi-vis jumper and she was very rude and I didn’t want to complete my shopping left the store. The worst customer service I have ever received in Chanel boutique, what a shame!
I have been in the store a couple of times recently, I can see most staff are very kind and very friendly.
The staff that I had some interactions with was Lorenzo and Kevin, both of them are very professional and make me feel they are truly helping the customers (not only me, they treat others very kindly as well).

Poor customer service. Shop services Doesn’t match with “Chadstone shopping Center “ or with its own brand standards.
Need to upgrade their customer service representatives, because the current ones are 2/10.

I visited the Chanel store over the weekend and I was greeted by the lovely sales assistant Victoria.
She went above and beyond to help me out with trying to find the item I was looking for. I was especially impressed by her story telling and passion for the brand, I can’t wait to return

Probably the worst luxury retail boutique ever as a first-time visitor at Chanel in Chadstone. No words can describe how Chanel Sales Associates act towards their client.
I couldn't imagine how disgustingly they treated me during a visit to this boutique. I wonder if they are trained to act cold if the potential client is not dressed 'posh or polished''. I admit walking into Chanel wearing a plain outfit.
First, none of the SA was willing to be in service. I asked if they have a specific colour of the classic flap I was looking for, and the SA (I forgot her name) immediately said "No stock". Sis didn't even bother checking or maybe bringing up other colours. She just gave me a boring answer of ''No stock". Another SA came up and they had a talk with each other like I wasn't there at all, and the other SA jokingly said if my Hermes Kelly was a real deal. What a joke right? I noticed that another ''client'' walked in (I didn't know if she was a regular client or not), but they immediately offered her the same bag and colour that I was looking for.
I was shocked and disgusted at how they lied to me and mocked me for the way I present myself in-store. You will not get this kind of treatment at Hermes and Dior.
I noticed that MOST Chanel SAs act like they have more money than their clients.
Worst customer service ever. Was looking for a particular item and asked if they had any, the SA just straight up said no, and I could tell she didn’t want to help.if you don’t regularly shop there, be prepared to get judged
I own a few Chanel bags and I still get laughed at when I ask for bags which are hard to get or as they say “impossible”. Relax you’re not Hermes so you can calm down because a Chanel Classic Flap vs.a Berkin is like comparing the Roo’s to the English Premier League. There’s no offer for a waiting list, exchange of business card, informing you of how often that stock does arrive. I’m glad I have my classics because I can’t be bothered with their game.
I was so sad that I couldn’t find a proper perfume after visiting so many stores, big thanks for Angeline who greeted us well and looked into many perfumes finally finding the correct perfume for me. Amazing highly recommend her and the store. Thank you for the lovely experience.
It is shame that I cannot give 0 star to here. I had terrible service in here. I been purchased some bags, shoes and accessory for last few years in Channel and never had bad experience and no one push me purchasing more things for bag. One male seller (must be Arabic or South American) was super rude ever. He told me I need to purchase Cardigan if I want to get a white bag (that was what I wanted) otherwise I only can purchase red one with arrogant face. What a ridiculous. If I need to spend more money for bag,
I will spend in Hermes not Channel. Please wake up from your fantasy.

Terrible staff and terrible services! The Asian female staff was so rude to us when we asked for the bags. Always looking down to their customers and disrespect them. Ladies please find another place to spend your time and money.
I went to the store and ask about the bag, staff is so rude and act like we don’t have money for purchase. CHANEL Store in the city much better.
Special thanks to Victoria for her services today! I was after a flap bag but was indecisive about the colours and style in general. Victoria was very enthusiastic and patient in showing me what must have been 10+ bags in detail. She was able to locate a seasonal black mini flap bag for me at the end which I am so happy with.
Originally I was only after a bag that I personally liked, it didn't need to be a popular or black one. Therefore she could have totally kept the bag for another customer who regularly visits the store. Instead she convinced me (1st time to this store) to buy it instead of another non-black seasonal one.
I find Victoria to be a very genuine lady with a very positive vibe. As an introvert, one factor that drives me away from stores like Hermes or Chanel is that I find most SAs hard to communicate with - whilst some are just plain rude! She has made the whole process very natural and easy.

The staff are so rude. For how you’re treated, you wouldn’t think that you’re buying and they’re working there. There is a young Caucasian man with long hair that was unpacking stock on the floor (fashion jewellery) whilst I was trying on shoes. He was throwing the jewellery onto the counter as if it was worthless. The only reason that the store is busy is because there is no other boutique nearby (other than the city) and you can’t purchase Chanel
fashion and bags online. The head office need to send some mystery shoppers and get rid of staff that have poor customer service skills.
When we went in today to purchase an outfit and some sunglasses, the security guard at the door was kind and courteous. The lady who was serving us couldn’t have been more different. When we asked about sunglasses, she only showed us a single pair, telling us that there were ‘none available’ despite the scattering of sunglasses that we were looking for being all over the shop in displays. After this, we tried to ask about a jacket and we were met with a scoff, as if we couldn’t possibly afford it. Finally, when we asked about the books on the table (as we needed some books for our coffee table), she smirked, and told us to go to Costco. Costco! Absolutely gobsmacked, we left and went elsewhere. Go to the city - staff are much better there.
The staff are unhelpful and will speak their own language, Chinese, in front of you even though you're not Asian. The nicest people in the store are the security guards!
Terrible service, terrible staff. The staff was angry because i was asking if there is seasonal flap bag that i saw from the site. Didnot even try to show any bag. I purchase many bags from chanel but this time i am really disappointing of the staff traineeship and her manner to speak.
