Best Thai in the area (or was the last time I looked around). Exceptional noodle dishes and seafood preparation. Moved away and now missing this place

On this occasion we had takeaway because we were running late on the homeward trip.
Ordering online from a phone was a breeze and as advised, our dinner was ready within 15 minutes.
The entree salt and pepper squid was delicious and we shared the excellent Pad Thai chicken and red duck curry.
We'll be back!

I walked past Chai Thai and could immediately smell how good it was! My friend and I ordered the massaman curry and the chai Thai chicken stir fry. The food was delicious and some of the best Thai food I’ve had in Melbourne!

Ordered on line last night. The wait time was 70 minutes. However the order was not delivered at all!

Went for dinner for the first time the other night and it was absolutely delicious, I'm glad i listened to the other reviews. The outside really doesn't look like much but the flavour was amazing! Definitely going here again- and good prices too!
We got the red duck curry, roti bread and the calamri fried rice

I love Thai food and this is my reliable go to in the region. Very friendly staff, good selection of food, prices very reasonable, cozy atmosphere. Suggest making a reservation as it has a loyal following.

Foods divine always fresh and tasty.

From the outside you would never know that inside is a little gem! Beautiful food, delightful décor. Cannot go wrong with eat-in or take-away.

Love Chai Thai and have been eating here (far too) regularly ever since it opened.
Tonight the food was as delicious as always but I was shocked by a 28.5% increase in the price of each noodle and rice dish we ordered tonight. I absolutely agree that the cost of everything is going up and it’s not unexpected that there has been a price increase, I just didn’t expect something that was $14 to be $18 now.
It’s a shame as it was our regular take away but like many things in this economy, it’s going on the “occasional” list

LOVE this place- the staff are divine, the food is sensational and the prices are so reasonable! We can’t stop coming back! They are so accommodating of our toddler as well.

Fantastic little restaurant. Didn't know it was there but I'm glad I do now. Very authentic Thai food, lovely service and byo drinks make it a cheap night

Best Thai I've had. Really good tofu, milk tea, etc. We've been several times and enjoyed everything we've ordered there.

Food is sooooo delicious with fast and friendly service! They also catered to my allergy with vegetable oil. Would be here once a week if I lived closer

We booked for Valentine but they had no record. I showed them that I had called to book and got a shoulder shrug. Not even an offer to provide takeaway. Very disappointed.

The best Thai restaurants around. Along with amazing customer service they really take pride in the quality of food they serves. My favourite crispy pork and chilli a spicy dish full of flavour.
