45I deal with contractors all the time with my job and this company is one of the worst I have come across. Everything was a issue for them from the very start. They collected keys 4 days after they were supposed to and the keys still weren't returned back to us 5 days after the job was completed, even after 3 phone calls from me to follow up. They even charged us extra to move a few items of furniture around. Customer service is also poor, with no sense of urgency about anything. Very disappointing.

we went to select carpet from the Chadstone store, staff Alice went out of her way to help us, in the end we purchased the carpet from the a different carpet store, referred by Alice, as Carpet Court Chadstone store did not have that type the carpet we selected.

After waiting a week for Rob at Carpet Court Chadstone to either return a call or email a quote, having sent my request a couple of times plus left messages to call.when I finally got him, his excuse was that the plan I had forwarded had insufficient information to quote on even though it had all measurements on it. Did I at any time in the week receive an email or phone call asking me to clarify it.no! Unbelievable poor service.
After reading the reviews l was a little unsure on going to my local carpet court. I was pleasantly surprised when entering the store. I was greeted by a gentleman (Ricky) who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Being on a tight budget, he recommended quality at a price l could afford. If you want great customer service ask to speak to Ricky.
This is the worst carpet shop ever. My mum has waited 5 years and made numerous calls to the store and the company. This store and to some degree the company, has no concept of customer service. My mum's carpet was faulty from day 1 and she wanted to support a local business which is why she went to Chadstone Carpet Court. That was the biggest mistake ever and the biggest waste of money. The store should be closed down
