Prompt service from initial request to in-home measure, and recommendations on appropriate carpet types for the room. Wasn't great communication about the time for installation but this was resolved on the day and I'm really happy with the results.

Hiren's knowledge of flooring is unbeatable. He made sure we were taken care of every step of the way and is a very honest person who will only recommend what's best for you. He organised our quote, measure and installation very efficiently. I highly recommend Carpet Court Chadstone for their high level of service.

Terrible. My builders called to book an install of the carpet I’d paid a deposit for weeks in advance - I have evidence of their calls. 3 days before the date my builders said they’d booked for, they called CC to confirm. Carpet Court said they had no record of our install booking, and then couldn’t install for a further 3 weeks due to no availability of installers.
I then immediately had to arrange an alternative supply and install, as I couldn’t wait 3 weeks due to needing to move in, which an excellent carpet business in Camberwell who said could do within 5 days (better quality carpet and all round experience as it turns out).
When I called Carpet Court to cancel order, they told me I had to pay a $300 (!) “re-stocking” fee, which apparently the manufacturer charges them for taking carpet I had ordered back. They then said, only after I had arranged another supplier, that all of a sudden their installer was in fact available because he’d returned early from holidays (?). I said I couldn’t now cancel the alternative supplier that I had gone to great lengths to arrange and so had to proceed with cancelling. I asked to split the “re-stocking fee” down the middle given the trouble I had gone to, the debacle was not my fault and because Carpet Court had a breakdown in process which led to the failure to book our install properly and ultimate me having to look elsewhere. They flat out refused! Essentially saying this was all my fault so I should wear the entire $300 cost and they were not willing to wear any of it. Will never deal with this business again and would not recommend anyone else does.

Poor customer service. Called needing assistance after top of the range carpet pulled and after never getting back to me, the owner hung up on me. Very rude and abrupt to speak with, not helpful at all. Carpet court Moorabbin fixed with no hassle even though I didn't buy through them.

It has been great dealing with chadstone carpet court. All around great service and attention to detail from purchasing the flooring products to having it installed. I’ve been looked after when purchasing my new home carpet and hybrid and made everything very easy and was super helpful. Applying interest free finance for my entire invoice is also an easy experience, they’ve been so nice, I can't speak highly enough of the experience.

Top quality with great price, installer from Chadstone did beautiful carpet job and very helpful and flexible to accommodate our Installation date even in a weekend, sales gave us very helpful and honest suggestions, we are highly recommend carpet court at Chadstone.

My experience with Ricky was excellent. I required both carpet & floorboard for my new build home. His product knowledge and years of experience stood out. He listened to my needs and recommended products that ticked all the boxes. From first consultation through to install Ricky was in ongoing contact and the process was easy. The end results amazing!

I want to say a huge thanks to Hiren and team for the premium soft carpet installation. We’re very happy with the results, and now our bedroom is super comfy and doesn’t echo. Amazing job and great service. We recently got the team from Chadstone Carpet Court do the floors at our new house. The team transformed the place - replacing old carpets and tiles with beautiful timber flooring. We are very happy with our entire experience with Carpet Court and would highly recommend them - everything from the initial quote, to the quality of the floor lay was brilliant.

Refused to come out and measure and quote flooring for my apartment without me first coming into store despite me advising them exactly what kind of flooring I'd want.

Avoid.

This is the second time I have used their services, first time we had a hybrid flooring and now for a carpet installation. Both the times their service has been great, the staff has been helpful and the prices competitive. I would definitely recommend it to others.

We had a great experience recarpeting our newly renovated house through Carpet Court Chadstone. Ricky was super friendly and knowledgable and helped us made a decision with carpet that I know we won't regret! We carpeted two areas at two different times & both times the installation process was extrememly efficient and professional. Definitely recommend their services!:)

If I could rate it at zero I would. Shocking service. Spent more than 2K with these people and they treat you like dirt when you come back. Disinterested, no quote. Wasted two weeks of my time. My strongest advice go to the Moorabbin branch, I guarantee you will be treated well there.

As soon as I walked through the door of Chadstone Carpet Court we were greeted by Ricky. His knowledge on there products was brilliant. Ricky spent a alot of time going through different colour choices and options. Our house plan had alot of curves/angles which made for alot of cuts. Once we picks our selections Ricky came out to house to remeasure because of these different angles. When it was laid it was spot on. Hardly any waste. I highly recommend Ricky at Chadstone Carpet Court A+.
