I went to Carpet Court Chadstone for our carpet installation and I had the pleasure to deal with Ricky from the beginning. He is very knowledgeable and super friendly. He took me through different options. I trusted his recommendation on the product and I couldn't be happier with the result. The installer organised by him has done an outstanding job too.
Overall, dealing with Ricky for our carpet installation has been an absolute pleasure and I highly recommend them to anyone.

We had hybrid boards installed by a layer (Hamid) He was recomended by carpetcourt. He was reasonably priced. Took great pride in his work. The job was exceptionally finished. There are a lot of shoddy workers out there. Hang on to this one. No complaints from us. The service from chadstone staff were very good one happy customer.

My experience was very professional and friendly. A consultant Ricky came to my apartment with many samples to choose from which helped me immensely in deciding what to consider. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends. Their service was on time offering many options for myself and Ricky was excellent in explaining the difference in the products he provided.

We had three days to replace the flooring and otherwise makeover our apartment between tenants, so completion on time was important to us as well as quality product. Paul Lynch helped us select Penguin hybrid flooring for the living area and carpet for the bedrooms, and he organised the job for us. Hamid from Magic Flooring did a superb job of laying the hard flooring including a large amount of floor preparation, and Azar dovetailed with him perfectly to lay the carpet in a way that was hassle free for us (by the way these two had never met before but you would think they were best of friends such was the quality of their interaction). We did look at other suppliers, but based on this experience we chose well and we would happily use Carpet Court Oakleigh again.

Terrible customer service! The installer didn’t show up and when I called to ask where he was, was told he called in “sick”. Thanks for letting me know? ! Spoke to another salesperson and was told he was actually on holiday! They finally found another carpet installer, who installed my carpet crooked TWICE and was disgusting enough to urinate in my house with the door completely open. A manager was supposed to visit my house this morning to inspect the crooked carpet and never showed, with no phone call or email to say why. This whole process has taken roughly 2 weeks, I’ve had to take unnecessary days off work and don’t see this getting fixed for at least another 2 weeks, which means my renovations will be delayed about a month in total.thanks!

Ricky, Hiren and the team from Chadstone Carpet Court have been great to deal with. I feel really bad that I can't remember the names of the 2 guys who laid the carpet this morning - they were brilliant. So quick and clean and super polite. I'm in love with my carpet. Hiren was really accommodating bringing the samples to my work to allow me to pick what I wanted. They are also really competitive on price. Lulu has been great with communication about getting it all booked in and paid for. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for new carpet.

No wonder these guys having terrible reviews. I also had a very bad experience when I called them to inquire about carpet prices. When I mentioned about the prices in a different carpet court store which is bit lower than these guys, the sales consultant directly said me “go and get from them, we are here to make money”. That’s really terrible and very low level customer service.

We Had Ricky come out to quote on our floors. We were extremely happy with his service and his knowledge on what was good and what was the correct surfaces we should have for our home. His quote was extremely favourable to our needs.

I had timber and carpet jobs done in my beautiful house, the color from sales recommendation looks great, the price was very reasonable compare to others. Good job, good recommendation and will come back for my next job for sure.

These guys are a joke. Went ready to buy. Arranged for a quote - they never turn up. The apologies and say they’ll call but they don’t. Got there samples but they don’t even seem interested at getting them back.

We are extremely happy with our hybrid oak floors, the layers worked hard over couple of days and did fantastic job in our house.

This company I would not recommend.i had a job through insurance for water damaged flooring.
They didn't attend the property (and lied and said they did) to quote correctly and falsely game a statement to the insurance assessor that the tenant was sleeping in the lounge and the lounge had no water damage. The case was there was water damage in the lounge and this delayed my tenant getting back into his property. Communication was poor and staff wouldn't know what was happening when I would call and I just felt they under quoted and didn't want to do the job correctly when they found out they needed to do more work. The insurance company dropped them, and I arranged this myself and got a cash settlement for the landlord.

We called the sales rep rob to came out and measured our house in bentleigh, exceptional customer service offered by rob.he is well informed sales man and organized a very experienced timber and carpet layer to do our house, workmanship is brilliant. Thanks for all the arrangements.

The customer rep (Rob) at the store was supposed to come over to the house to get carpet floor measurements before the final purchase of carpet could happen. The man never showed on the day! No courtesy call to explain the no show, or any other communication after that. Pretty straightforward that I wasn't going to go with a store that did not respect the time of their customers. It's sad to see people operate this way. That was the end of that, I didn't pursue carpet at their store after that.

Also, I didn't think much of it while I was at the store, but the in-store customer service was abysmal. Two people to service such a huge store was just not right. There were 10 customers in the store and we probably got some attention from the reps after half hour of standing around ourselves.

I suggest trying other carpet courts, moorabbin or South Melbourne.great service there.
