This place is an absolute disaster. One of the worst restaurants I’ve ever tried.

Didn’t look at the reviews before going in but 3 stars is a push it’s so overrated.

Overpriced too but I think they are charging for the location more than the food they serve, speaking about the food they wouldn’t serve it in the animal welfare league!

Absolutely tasteless.

Service was good and presentation was somewhat good and if that was what I’m rating them for I would give it a 3.5

But in terms of being a restaurant and serving food then I would give them a minus.

I felt as if I’m in one of the nightmare kitchen episodes with Gordon Ramsay walking in any Second.

We enjoyed a lovely lunch, highly reccomend the pizzas! Relaxed atmosphere, overlooking the yarra river. Pricing is reasonable, fresh, quality ingredients used. Staff was friendly and refilled our drinks regularly.

Walked in with 3 others on Valentines. First sign of dismay: We had to wait for 15 minutes, which is not a problem at all until we realised how poor seating management was. 3 people on a table that seated 6,2 people on a table for 4.

The staff are lovely, bless them but the food? Sub-par at best. I ordered the carbonara, and within 10 minutes of eating it I felt horrible (and no i'm not lactose intolerent). It was just covered with cream, you could get a better carbonara from the food court. What made it worse was that 3 of the 4 meals were left under the kitchen lights because we were awaiting a steak. So not only did I get a carbonara that was filled to the brim with cream, but cream that has solidified. Terrible.

Oh, and there happened to be a mouse and a cockroach running around underneath our feet on the night too.

Monday afternoon pre-movie feed. I got the bbq chicken pizza and I could only taste the bbq sauce. The staff were fine but there are better things to eat at the food court and a fraction of the price. At least it was a good place for a drink.

Mixed review from our group. The staff were friendly. I do recommend putting the water jugs on the table as we had to continuously ask for our glasses to be refilled. The pasta marinara was quite good. The gnocchi with prosciutto was not so good. There wasn't enough sauce, it was dry and salty. A little on the small side too. It also left us thirsty. Still a good place to eat, depending on what you order.

Not that gourmet (which I don't care) but reasonable prices and delicious food.
The staff was very friendly even at 2: 00 am at new years eve.

Tasty food but very over priced with very little food in the plate. Had to go later in the food court to top up. Very disappointed. I don't recommend.

Had a very disappointing experience here, We went on boxing day 2018 were a 15% public holiday surcharge was applied to everthing which i understand but i expect the service to at least good, the beer was flat as it comes, the meal was on the expensive side and not much to show for it, i had the Gnocchi which was tasty but only included 10 pieces of it, hardly a meals worth. We had 15 people and most of the meals were cold also.

Worst food and extremely expensive. I used to come here because it was good but not anymore. The manager didn’t even care about the situation.
We are not coming back again and for sure not recommend to anyone.

A sensational venue. 20of us where there for lunch and there was something on the menu for everyone. Great selection of wine

To having with my girlfriend 2 glasses of wine and 2 peace of chicken they charged me $103.00. To expensive

Service was fantastic. Food was fine - could use some polish, or slightly larger portions to match the price.

The staff can barely understand English and they've not been trained what customer service means. The food is expensive and awful. There is no restroom and you need to go to Crowns if you need to. Overall, it just destroys the reputation of the Italian restaurants.

Wish I could rate lower than 1 star. Staff and service was fast, friendly and efficient. The food was horrendous. Gluten free pizza base was raw and the whole pizza tasteless. Also had the Fettucini, I did not know that al dente ment raw! Over priced and would never return. Do not waste ur time

First of all the atmosphere is amazing and we went on a cool night to find a really warm outside area. Service was great and they were very friendly. Lastly the food was amazing, the pumpkin ravioli was to die for! Please go there!

Waited in line for over 15 minutes at the door, once we were able to get the attention of wait staff, our table was given away to people who walked in before us without a booking which forced us to be seated infront of the outside doorway. On a table that seats 4 we had to squeeze in 6 people.waiter kept bumping into me and were rude. Won't be coming here again.

The service and food here was very good. The portion sizes were generous and the food fresh and very tastie. The food came out very quickly and exactly as we ordered.

Such a waste of time. Waited 30min and the table next to me get their order first. It’s not even that busy. Definitely not under staff too.

The most awesome place. Fantastic food. The friendliest staff. They all work together so beautifully as a team that makes their service exceptional. My favourite in the whole South Bank precinct
