Shout out to Eric who helped me with some advice in store for various queries I had. Answered some questions I'd struggled to find answers for online

As bound by the conclave of Nathan's I must report that I was served faithfully and diligently by a fellow Nathan whom I am more than pleased to give 5 stars for his exception service and patience in the face of certain danger (you know covid and all that)
May he be granted a pay rise for his service and a promotion amongst the ranks of the Nathan's.

We were served by Damon. We sort of knew what we wanted, but he was very helpful in making sure we got exactly the right product for us. He gave us options according to our price requirements and assistance on installation. Very happy with the great customer service.

The people who I dealt with where fantastic, thay explained everything and and answered all my questions. Fantastic service.

Went into Centre Com to buy a PC. Damon, who served me was super helpful and honest. Helped me get a good deal, and I am beyond happy with my new rig. Cheers Damon

Was really happy with the service we got when we went a week and a bit ago. The guy who served us was helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to try and show us what we were getting and answer all our questions.

Narelle was brilliant at getting me a 16gb ram card. Would highly recommended to anyone trying to get pc parts.

VERY DISAPPOINTED - checked opening times for Sunday- closes at 4pm. Travelled 40 k's to buy Apple iPad- well it seems Microsoft staff work Sundays- Apple closed. Told well that's how it is and it happens to a lot of people. THEN WHY DOESN'T SOMEBODY PUT TTHAT ON THE WEB SITE?

Hello there, we were served by a friendly and informative young girl yesterday and just wanted to say thank you soo soo much for all your amazing help and recommendations. We are really happy with our purchases.

Would not recommend anyone shop here. Terrible customer service, absolutely zero remorse for the customer, no attention to detail and would never call when promised to call.

Awesome service. These guys went above and beyond to help me out. 4 months of pain trying to source with other shops and they fixed me up in no time. Very happy I chose them!

Patrick was super helpful and we ended up getting a great monitor. Best spot in Bendigo for PC parts and gear.

The staff are amazing! We looked around everywhere for the components we needed but only found it in Center Com, they even gave us a discount when we bought the items! Highly recommend.

Everyone is so helpful with alot of knowledge under their belts.

Have been back a few times since the original review and store seems more stocked which is very nice, haven't ordered anything to see if thats any quicker. Staff are still very friendly and quite helpful.

The staff are friendly prices are competitive but. There never stocked. It's ment to be a superstore but I find myself mostly needing to order things in and when you do they say it'll be a week or so but never is, more like 3 weeks or more. I would buy so much more stuff if they had what I want in stock.

Went in and was totally ignored by staff, despite four of them being at the counter. Needed help to find a HDD. Left to spend my money elsewhere.

They always have stock and carry what's on the website at the same price with no surprises. It's a big shop and the staff come up to you quickly with good advice. Have bought webcam, speakers, mouse, soundcard. Will buy next computer there.
