Always love coming here to shop! They often have what I need here, and their stock range is pretty decent. Staff are also quite down to earth and friendly too. A lot of them have their own computer setups, and so they know quite a bit about the right components to use and how to troubleshoot a lot of technical issues.

Bendigo store open on Sunday and so helpful and polite and not pushing to sell stuff you don't need. Highly recommend

Went to Centrecom today to sort out a new motherboard and CPU for my partners computer, and the gentleman we had was a huge help, very polite and made this a lot easier. Thank you to Jerram for his assistance today.

Absolute brilliant service! Felt very looked after, they know their products extremely well and coming from a background where I know very minimal about PC's they even helped educate me and was able to point me exactly in the direction direction was looking for! Highly recommend!

Everybody who works here is so friendly, it's like they enjoy their jobs. I was going to make a joke about how the traffic on the way here was terrible, my car's air con broke and the radio was stuck on 3BO and so it was a very.hard drive. I won't do that though, I'll just reiterate the quality of the service and vibe.

Need a course in customer service.took 2 ppl to serve 1 customer and let me waiting for 15 minutes and then ignored me and served 3rd customer who walked in 10 minutes after me!

I took my iPad to Centre Com today because the screen had gone black.
The store was understaffed and the phone was ringing but no one was answering it.
I was told that the iPad needed replacing and that it was out of warranty.
I took it to another company (Mae and Jose) where I was treated with so much more respect. Mae discovered that it was 17 months old and therefore it was still under warranty. I am in the process of having it replaced now.
I won’t be visiting Centre Com again.

Average service, but good range of products, I would suggest you order online and pick up, long waits every time I have gone in.

My old PC died unexpectedly necessitating an urgent purchase of a new one. Ordinarily I'd have taken a lot more time to research, but didn't have that luxury, and ultimately didn't have to. Damon R was super helpful in bringing me up to speed on the new PC standards. After taking time & listening to what we wanted to use it for, he found one of their pre-built systems that suited our needs and our price range. Even had an extra year warranty. Would definitely recommend and shop there again.

Beware refunds! Brand new, unopened monitor returned within one week and they charge a 20% surcharge to refund!
*A purchase of $322.18 refunded $255.30. $66.88 profit to Center Com on a refund. That’s the Christmas spirit!
