I've actually never had to take a computer to a shop to be fixed before, have always had it done through work. Went in today without a clue what was wrong and expected to have to leave it for a week and then be told I need a new one. Well. Kyan just took it straight out the back and fixed it in about 5 minutes. No charge!
I know where I'll be going when I do need a new machine. My faith in the human race has been restored!

The shop provides a great range of products with regards to ICT fields and the staff working in the shop are so welcoming and helpful with my enquiry.

Useful tech shop with friendly staff. Usually my go to when I quickly need something for my computer. I usually park at Market Place car park which is free. There is also street parking.

I've been looking for a specific cpu cooler on the web for a long time. Only one was remaining at CentreCom Bendigo store.
Thanks to Kyan and Andrew, I was able to acquire it.

Ordered a NAS and 4 10TB HDs before Christmas, and I just picked them up today (3 Jan) and received the HDs at their new (lover) price.
This was a $120 saving. Nice result.

Wanted to buy a pc that had a 2060 ended up with a pc that had a 1660 ti, mother board wasn't what I wanted only had 2 slots for ram not the 4, CPU socket wasn't what I wanted.therefor leaving me in a situation where I can't upgrade and I chose to purchase from another store to get the computer to where I wanted it too be.

There was no consultation about it being unavailable or whatever
In fact it said they were available online and yet this individual sold me a pc that wasn't what I wanted while I'm under the impression I'm getting the computer I desired and wanted to spend my money on.

I spoke to a sales person and told them this is the pc I wanted, they gave me a box I bought the box unboxed the box and a different pc was inside this box.
Tried to refund the pc and get the pc I actually wanted couldn't return the pc due to the cardboard box being open and its "no longer a pc they can sell as new and its a perfectly fine functional computer" this may be true but its not what I wanted as a consumer of the store I knew what I wanted and I was sold something I didn't ask for?

Its like saying I want gravy on my chips and I get tomato sauce instead.
Still sauce for my chips but its not what I wanted and I don't like tomatoes.

Went in with a list of items desired for a full system build, Narelle was very helpful and assisted with confirming parts and sourcing others when one wasnt available, all in all a very good shopping experience in a busy time of year and her cheery manner was a delight.
Would definitely recommend this store based on that interaction and will be doing future shopping there as well
