Just bought myself a Rog Strix laptop here, and the service crew was so friendly and honest.
To explain and answer all the question I was curious about, will definitely came back next time while I gonna replace my things.

I have no idea about computers but these guys were super helpful. Bought all the gear on the shopping list for my son’s custom gaming PC build. Even helped me carry my purchases to the car.

Low quality service, When I asked for a service from the customer service they refused me and then I asked the manager and he said I am the manager and I will not be able to serve you.he was disrespectful.

Great customer service in quickly and efficiently providing a credit on a SSD card that I was advised to buy by Apple that was not compatible.

Very poor customer service, they are rude and not at all helpful. If you have an issue they refer you to there online support and the number doesn't even work. Spend your money else where trust me.

I purchased a monitor which subsequently had scratches on the screen. The replacement monitor also had scratches on the screen. I was very happy with Centrecom's service up to this point. I requested a refund and recieved it however they refused to return the $5 payment surcharge in order to use PayPal. If you have to cheek to charge a payment surcharge on a $400 purchase you better refund it. Now because of $5 I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

The worst store to buy from. I've now bought a whole PC worth of parts from here except the graphics card. EVERYTHING i bought from here was faulty or failed instantly. CPU failed, 2 power supplies Faulty, motherboard faulty, hard drive faulty and lastly the ram was also faulty i cannot express how many times I've had to go back here because of the faulty parts they sell. The only operational things that I've purchased from here has been the PC case and Solid state drive everything else was garbage.not to mention there horrible customer service apart from a select few

There are plenty of electronics stores that offer similar prices and are years ahead in terms of customer service. A no returns policy is anti- consumer and goes to show they want to take your money and run. Avoid this company.

With the exception of the apple team at sunshine who tried to find solutions for me - this place is set up to sting you.

I sent an enquiry with a list of compatible items for an eGPU - I was responded to and told to purchase a specific graphics card with a similar name by a different brand.
After receiving it, it began to cause all sorts of issues for my computer. I made contact with the product developers who advised me their product was not compatible with Mac.
Centre com argued with me relentlessly that it was, even though the product creators advised it wasn't.
So I had a product that didn't work and wasn't what I'd asked for.

Getting a refund on this product, that was incompatible and not what I asked for took ages, lots of calls, lots of emails and then still in the store when I returned the product had to again re-explain why the issue was their fault 3 times. Their method of 'customer service' is to be completely unreasonable until you give up.

Do yourself a favour and just go to Scorptec instead.

Asus PG259QN 24.5 inch IPS 360hz monitor is the best monitor money can buy. It also has HDR which makes the colours pop. The refresh rate of the monitor is also complemented with excellent viewing angles as it is IPS. I bought it through Centrecom Richmond. The staff were great and very professional. Extremely pleased with my experience at this particular branch. Was assisted by Johnny, a very jovial, humble, and experienced young man. He was honest and very well-informed about laptops, I only had to tell him what specs I was after and my budget. Staff were very helpful, but my 5 stars def go to Johnny. P. S. Ask Johnny for his Mickey Mouse impression, you won't be disappointed!

Quick and easy service. Staff member was knowledgeable and helped me get the exact item that I needed, without convincing me to spend more on things I didn't need. Will definitely be back for future purchases.

Great service, very helpful staff, the guy even helped carry the boxes with me to the car. Much better service compared to other CentreCom locations I have visited.

Recently bought a case from here and there was some confusion of different models and what they included. I had left the store but I was able to contact them easily and it was sorted out straight away with no problems. Highly recommend

Had a great experience shopping here, wasn't originally planning on buying anything at all but saw this amazing laptop and had to take it. Andrew gave my friend and I excellent advice and was knowledgeable, funny and friendly the whole time. Will happily return if I need computer stuff in future!
