Kids loved the play area. Good children's menu also. Four out of five adults very happy with meal.

Didn't get to eat because after showing our vax certificate we then had to prove who we were and one of us was 76 and didn't have a licence. So you could play the pokies without a photo but you couldn't eat. So we didn't.

Food was 1/2 okay. I wouldn't eat there again, so sorry to say.

Most meals were very good, some could have used a little more on the plate but it all was very tasty. The burger I had could have been seared with the bourbon sauce instead of putting it on top of the patty as the heat made the sauce runny and made it so I had to keep dining my burger in the sauce on the plate. But still very tasty

Quite a varied menu which catered for most, including a varied pensioner menu and 20% off if pensioners order from main menu. Food quite tasty with no wastage. For some males it might not be enough. Our group found the trek to the bar too far from the dining ordering area. This is where you not only order bar drinks, but also coffee or tea. Quite a wait at the bar as only one member of the bar staff was servicing the pokie venue as well as the dining area. However I will visit again when lockdown is done.

Interior is nice, not too packed or dated.
Ordering from an app with a QR code on the menu was a fantastic experience, I wish all restaurants did this (you still have the option to queue up at the register).
We did have to wait a long time for our food, which was made worse by the fact that we were in a seating window and were being kicked out at a set time. Our drinks also never showed up (that I paid for through the ordering app) but a waitress got them for us when we chased them up.
Once the food arrived it was fairly good, the quality you’d expect from a bistro such as this. Overall was bit on the expensive side though.

Food was average, supposed to be happy hour between 5 and 6
but that didn't happen.

Recently visited with family and we honestly all enjoyed the meals. Not one complaint and everyone commented how good the food was. Perhaps more vegetarian meals would be good too. We had no issues with the cost as it's standard pub prices really. Ordering meals at your table was super easy however we had to go to the bar due to limited drinks available on the online ordering system. The staff were great but one lady seemed like she needed a dose of happy pills to work in customer service. Would definitely go back.

Food was NOT GOOD …. Had Mediterranean salad! Bland, no flavour, chicken was dry and hard! So expensive for dried up grilled chicken and rocket!

Sorry won’t be back! Shame as your new venue is lovely!

Amazing service, very clean venue, great price for portion and very accommodating to any needs, playground was quite small but had a few different things for the kids to do. Would definitely go there again

The food was hot and tasty, but who in hell is the uninviting old bag with the attitude. Must be family, wouldn’t last one shift in my restaurant, even if she was family.
I might come back but it will be a long time before I do!

Place looks fantastic with the new update.
Felt the food could be stepped up just a tad, I had the chicken burger and it was fairly bland. My sons cheese burger from the kids menu was also extremely dry.
Over all tho good service and efficient staff, food also came out quickly from our time of order.

The place was updated, nice atmosphere.
The food we ordered came quickly, but wasn't too nice the fish was too dry, chips nice. The person who greeted us was very un professional at his role.

All the alterations to the hotel haven't changed the food had a roast and it came out cold wouldn't go back There again, lots of nicer places in Pakenham

Seniors go every month merry melodies good snow 2 course meal great day out third Tuesday in month

Staff are always friendly and up for a laugh, usually go on Tuesday for the chicken snitzel chips deal

The Friendly staff was probably the best part of the dinner.
Very very average meal with and very expensive for what we had.
I won’t be back!
