Danmin is an amazing doctor. Client is kept clean.
Lost a star because my partner made 4 appointments over a month while he was recovering and all 4 of this appointments “weren’t booked”. Even though he had one of the receptionist hand writing with the date and time for each. Not sure what’s happening there.

I have been trying the new doctor clinic the past few months and I am happy I was referred to them. They are very good and have great opening hours. Making an appointment is easy. I feel I'm in good hands.

Made an appointment for a Sunday for a tetnus booster - simple procedure I would think. People coming in after I arrived and going in before me. So far I have been waiting 30minutes and counting.

Reception Staff are friendly and accomodating. Every Doctor I or a family member has visited have been extremely thorough and genuinely caring.

Fantastic medical center all the staff are very friendly and professional. Dr kav is awesome and has helped me recover from 2 surgery's back and hand also a number of other health problems. The nurses are great and will make you feel like you never had that flu shot or dressings replaced. The receptionists are very nice and greet you with a smile every visit i cant speak more highly carrum downs doctors are the best!

Good to see Dr. Meenakshi Toomar today. Very professional and knowlegable. Would recommend 100%. She ask many questions which i have never experienced before. She noted down every info and try to know more about u, which i love most.

I was treated like a criminal when had an appointment there and told them I was in pain and asked for a script for something stronger Panadol.

Was prescribed an antibiotic today at this clinic that clashes with 2 existing medications I take, which the Dr was aware of. Get this it is linked with "respiratory distress, coma and even death" on one of them. On the other "an increase the risk of an irregular heart rhythm that may be serious and potentially life-threatening".

Reporting these deadly doctors to the medical board of australia, people please don't risk your health with these people.

Was told i had an appointment by dr van. Turned up for my appointment to be told that it wasn't booked, i had no appointment and they refused to see me.

Staff stated gossiping about me after i walked away from the counter, loud enough for people to hear. Very rude and unprofessional. Told me to take another day off work to come back and offered no remediation and no medical certificate for time off work.

The center manager and doctor had a meeting out the back before seeing me and then flat out lied about doctors not booking appointments when i had a witness who heard him say the appointment was booked.

Can't trust doctors that lie. Don't waste your time here.
