Carrum Downs Doctors

Reception was friendly. Disappointed in the service from the doctor. I specifically went in for a prescription and he wouldn’t give it to me as I was a new patient. Wanted my records sent across from previous doctor first.
Waste of my time. It’s not like I was asking him to prescribe something that’s addictive it was simply a contraceptive prescription.

Attended to what was needed. Quick service. Spacious Sitting area. Not too crowded. Can't ask for much more than that. Zero complaints.

We have very good experience with Dr Meenakshi Tomar. She helped us a lot throughout the pregnancy and taking care of everything. She is very experienced and humble. Best Dr around carrumdowns area and she can speak Hindi and Punjabi too.

Very busy practice with great staff. In particular Carmen was brilliant in being friendly, calm, helpful and showing a smile that radiated through her mask. Will definitely be coming back.

Great place for GP consultation.and in house clinic for small injuries to avoid calling to emergence services. Great service.thx

I love Carrum Downs doctors. I have been going there since they opened. Like all doctors at the moment it is sometimes hard to get an appointment especially with the great staff that work there

1st time at this clinic as I am new to the area, Dr Stanley was very good asked alot of questions and gave very good feedback.

Punctual. There's nothing worse than having your time wasted and these folks didn't waste mine - big like. Bulk billing, plenty of parking. So far so good. Only my first visit but props given.

Dr S. Lopez is a lovely experienced family doctor. The clinic is well organised so you can count on them being on time.

I had both my needles for covid at this doctors which was fast and very gentle injections by
a great nurse, l was told all l needed to know by staff, l was a full time career for my mother
which ment l had to wait till some one could look after her, but the doctor's worked out a time to suit me, so very happy with my time at this practice.

I am extremely satisfied with the care I've received at carrum downs doctors, it's been life changing and an all inclusive plan has efficiently and effectively been put in place to manage my issues. Dr Stanley is a very thorough and knowledgeable Dr. He is also wonderful with our children/ one autistic. Dr Stanley is able to make them comfortable with ease and get the job done right. Five stars all the way

Excellent service, always prompt with minimal waiting time. Doctors are attentive and always helpful.

The two minute Noddle doctors, the mc Donald’s drive through of doctors, the pit change of doctors.
The administration need a major lesson in good manners and respect of their patients.
We will not be going back, that’s for sure.

I found my visit with Dr Kaveh to be extremely thorough during my consultation and also felt comfortable and at ease.

A great medical Centre with fantastic GPs, nice nurses and welcoming reception staffs. I had a great experience with Dr Kav (Kaveh), he is very knowledgeable, patient and approachable.
