Excellent experience at this clinic. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The front desk staff and the medical assistant were very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr Kav Haghighi took his time to explain my conditions with me and my treatment options. Dr Kav has been professional and has shown true commitment to solving my health issues. I felt confident in receiving expert medical care. I walked away, very impressed with the overall experience. Highly recommend.

Dr Sanjay Suryavanshi is the worst Dr I have ever seen. I came in with having dislocated my elbow the night before to see if there was ther issues, he sent me for an x-ray and never got back to me with the findings. There was a clear fracture but he refused to look at them until he heard from the radiologist, I didn't think anything of it maybe it wasn't so bad? 2 weeks later and the swelling is finally down and there is a 50c piece size of bone floating in there. I am furious to say the least I will be talking to a solicitor to see what can be done but be warned, this man has no idea what he is doing and should not have a licence to practice.

One unbelievably rude receptionist (Fran) who has ruined this whole clinic… will not attend here simply because she is horrible to deal with every single time!

My GP (don't want to name and shame) never really seemed to help me get anything done. Everything was blamed on weight or anxiety and I often left my appointment feeling no clarity as to what's going on, just feeling more pushed by my GP to start anti-anxiety meds and lose weight. Didn't feel listened to and didn't feel comfortable to talk. I received an important diagnosis from my psych that this GP didn't seem to really care about. Felt forced to weigh myself despite how uncomfortable I felt about it, and felt scolded at when I didn't lose weight (during a pandemic!). I feel like the nurses here are great though, they were always very kind to me!

Went to new GP and immediately different referrals and tests were done, diagnoses were made and I'm feeling much better. I feel listened to and like it's a collaborative approach to my health.

Seen Dr T 3 times and each time I've come away embarrassed or angry. Never met a meaner or uncaring doctor. Will never return.

This is the second time I have walked away from a simple appointment close to tears! Dr Sanjay has absolutely appalling bedside manner. My kids were told off repeatedly by him and I have felt that my weight was attacked. No tack, no compassion and felt I was wrong and he was right! I would not put myself through that again!

Really disappointed in Dr R Tomar- incompetent or unprofessional behaviour. Either way I cannot recommend him.

Very poor communication by staff, and when confronted about there lack of communication was told it doesn't matter. Never going there again.

Dr. Meenakshi is a lovely caring Dr. I have seen her a few times as was looking for a new Doctor in my area. She always listens and explains things very well. Im sticking to her now as feel very comfortable with her. Thankyou Dr for looking after me.

Worst doctors EVER! They turned my girlfriend away when she was unwell simply because they said they were to busy. They didn’t even check her to see what’s wrong just wrote up a medical certificate and see ya later! MOST USELESS DOCTORS IN THE SOUTH EASTERN SUBURBS OF MELBOURNE.

Doctor Sanjay is extremely dismissive and seemingly has no empathy or compassion for his patients. Suggested I take NSAIDS for my problem, I reminded him that I cannot take these due to other medical stipulations and his response was “well I don’t think they would work anyway”, so why were they suggested? Did not offer any pain relief alternative. The reception staff are lovely however. I will be returning to Ballarto Rd Medical around the corner.

I came in last week as a new patient as I couldn’t get into my regular GP. The receptionist who greeted me was lovely and so was the female doctor I saw. Very thourough and explained things really well.
I called to cancel my follow up appointment for results as they had been CC’d to my regular GP and you guys were very understanding and kind about it. I’ve had a couple bad experiences with rude receptionists at other clinics but everyone I spoke with was lovely. Thank you!

My wife and I had a 45 minute drive to this clinic for a scheduled appointment only to arrive and find out our appointment had been cancelled, absolutely disgusting.

Seen Dr M. Tomar second time in 3 months. She coudnt care less about my condition. Spent almost 5 minutes with me including printing certificate. Waste of time and so disappointed.

I have been attending this clinic for 2 years now and find the staff very friendly and helpful. I have even been reminded of health assessments and check ups that I’ve forgotten. I’ve recently had full health assessment, skin checks and a work cover injury, Dr Kaveh Haghighi has made all these processes a lot easier than doctors in my past. Highly Recommended clinic.

Horrible experience-

Wasted my time going here when they refused to provide me my normal perscription because I hadn't been there before. Wasted my time & no consideration for the patient. Would not go back here.

Sandra Lopez is the best doctor in the world to me! For over 6 years I have been to numerous doctors for my problems & none of them could tell me what was wrong. With Sandra she knew exactly what my problems were turns out I have hypoglycemia & endometrosis which is now severe due to multiple misdiagnoses. Thank you so much Sandra <3

Excellent and quick service.

When I book an appt it’s never more than 5-10 minutes late. Staff always have a smile and are happy serve. Doctors are knowledgable and provide succinct answers that are understandable.

Definitely recommend as it’s my new go to GP.

Also the bulk billing, no fee whatsoever is amazing!

Dr John Porter is rude and dismissive. Other doctors at Carrum Downs Doctors are great, particularly Dr Kav, but I wouldn’t recommend going there if you can only get an appointment with Dr Porter.
I left the office in tears and was made to feel like I was lying and making up the symptoms I have been experiencing.
He’s managed to make a bad day infinitely worse.

Very bad practice had a mole removed did not use any antiseptic on the wound they it got infect dont go there
