Got my carpet here recently great staff friendly and help me with all my inquires to get my carpet fitted

Excellent service and quality! Emmanuel was so helpful and really took the time to help us find the perfect rugs for different spaces in our house. We ended up swapping one rug and upsizing another and the team was so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The rugs are beautiful and of a great quality, we're very happy and would recommend to all our friends!

Don't trust the indian worker there! I was leaving the store and over heard the indian employee talk about the way my wife looked! How dare he judge my wife like that. Will not recommend coming here!

Warning before you go into this store! I had an absolute terrible time there, I was with my wife and kids. Hoping to have a look at some carpets, potentially buy new ones for the living room we had just got renovated. I was greeted by an indian worker who seemed nice until we were discussing prices and he said there right in front of my wife and 2 children (who are just 6 and 8!). I don't think you have the capabilities to purchase such expensive item! Who was he to think that I didn't have the capabilities to purchase the price he was offering? Was it with something I was wearing? Or how I looked? I immediately left the store and will definitely tell all my friends and family BECAREFUL WHAT YOU WEAR AND LOOK LIKE BECAUSE THAT INDIAN WORKER WILL JUDGE YOU BASED UPON LOOKS

Would not recommend going there again. Unless you have such a big ego that you would want it to get it tested by that indian worker there. I went there with my wife and he discriminated our choices in rugs because of how we looked. Absolutely disgusted that people still view others in such way.

Highly recommend the team at Carpet Call Mentone. We needed a quote and installation fairly quickly so Jai came out the same day we contacted him. He arranged everything that we needed and the carpet was installed within 6 days of our first chat with him. Very professional, great knowledge and extremely helpful. Jai gave us the best price possible to meet our budget, we will be using them again for future projects.

Staff in the store and back office were super helpful, first with arranging a measure and quote and then later adjusting it for me. Rescheduling installation was also really easy to do.
Contractors who installed the floor were friendly, amenable and above all professional and left the place tidy. Couldn't recommend them more.

We had Johnny come out to give us a quote on carpet and his service was fantastic. His knowledge of the products was great. Answered all of our questions. Very happy with the service. The manager Brad gave us a great deal on some fantastic carpet. His service was great too. Cant wait to have it all installed. Big thanks to the team at Mentone.

I received excellent customer service from the team at Carpet Call Mentone. Immanuel was excellent and his level of communication throughout the sales process was really great, and to top of my experience, Paul personally delivered my new rug and helped me set it up - very happy customer!

Will not honour credit note raised. Told by Steve Nevitt "its on 62 dollars I'm not going to worry about it".

Seems not a credible business to deal with if you have an issue as they're it interested in you as a customer troubling them.

From start to finish it was an outstanding experience by the Mentone Branch, and I mean from the initial consult to completion.
Sales, (James) was very welcoming and most accommodating, someone who knows their product. The range was enormous, the planning and setting out by (Andrew) who also has a thorough knowledge, was spot on, and the laying was done in two parts per my request without question and to a very high standard indeed.
The carpet layer actually mentioned what a huge difference quality carpet makes when it comes to physically laying it. Their job is made so much easier.
The carpet itself ……. Beautiful.

James at Mentone was very accommodating, provided a great price for great carpet and excellent advice. While he was ill when scheduled to do a final measurement and bring samples, he organised an alternative staff member to assist. Ben the installer did a very professional job and provided great advice for caring for the carpet. We have used Carpet Call at least four times and have always been provided with expert advice, a competitive price and professional installations. They always go the extra yard.
