We enjoyed a Birthday dinner with family. Staff were very happy to accommodate us, the food was very tasty, and the atmosphere was celebratory with a cake delivered with happy birthday singing; all at a reasonable price

Food and service first class a little bit noisy but I guess you have to put up with that as the restaurant is so popular and busy and it’s worth that for the fantastic food

Very unimpressed with the quality of the food. We ordered through the QR code an entree, two mains and drinks. Our entree was bought out and within 2 mins our mains got bought out. The mains had to sit there and go cold while we ate the entree. We felt super rushed to eat the entree so that we wouldn’t be eating our main stone cold. Once we had finished the entree and got to the main the taquito and taco were soggy, the meat in the taco was dry and the enchilada was sub par at best. Also the jalapeños were cut way to thick and chunky, don’t know how anyone enjoys eating jalapeños that big. Felt there was no love or effort put in, not only in the meals but the whole atmosphere itself. I’d give some more leeway if it was busy but there were only 4 tables so that’s no excuse. After complaint the manager on duty explained that if you order through the QR code on one docket the kitchen read that and make everything all at once, which is seriously piss poor. It clearly states online to pick from entrees and mains. You really need to sort out online orders because that is ridiculous. We were given a refund of one of our items which we did appreciate but fair to say we won’t be coming back anytime soon. Never had such a bad experience here and I’ve been coming here for years.

Delicious food, generous portions, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, great casual dining option. Has two sessions nightly currently so arrive early and give yourself plenty of time to enjoy your meal if you're on the first session. Will be back again and again.

My friends and I had a great time. Special shout out to the waitress who stayed back till 10 just so we could have a good time, for 3 mum with young kids I hope you know how much we enjoyed ourselves! We will be back again soon.

I have enjoyed most of the food. Service is great. Quick friendly always a good experience.

We ordered food around 6: 15-6: 30pm via Uber Eats. We saw that the restaurant opts to do their own deliveries so we won’t see the drivers tracking. All that is well and good, except it’s now 8: 15pm and our order has been “on the way” for forty minutes. We tried to call the restaurant - they’ve DND’d their phones so you can’t call them. Seeing as they close in 45 minutes, we’re not certain we’re going to see our dinner. And to take money and waste our time like this is poor.

Great to finally go back here again last weekend while visiting friends in Boronia from NZ. Delicious food!

Sorry guys but this was a miss for me.

Firstly all the chicken based options i purchased were under cooked, i struggled to eat it and couldn't finish my meal as it felt like i was chewing gum.

However the service was good, pricing affordable, drinks average.

Love Carlos, the staff are fantastic, food is always so fresh and amazing and the watermelon crush margaritas. OMG! Carlos is my go to restaurant, everytime

Initial greeting & being taken to our seats was great. We got our meals 30 mins after ordering despite being the first people in to order. We then had to keep going up to find a waiter to order drinks etc as no one ever came back to our table.
We then ordered dessert & another drink & after 40mins had to find a waiter to ask where our desserts were. Turned out the order never got put through, we said we'd have it as take away & they told us it would be 5min if we wanted to wait. We said yes only to wait another 20min & watch another 2 tables get served their dessert before us.
Food was nice but the customer service after we were seated was non existent. Very disappointing & wont be returning.

The experience is worth every single cent.
The food’s great, the drinks are amazing and we love the hats you get with the fishbowl margaritas. (I have a whole collection at home). Very speedy service and the staff always have great attitude and smiling. Special mention to Saahan (hope I’m spelling their name right), the manager because he really knows what he is doing and at this point is a friend of ours.
We go back every second week or so and you should too, you will not regret it.

Was a random Uber eats choice and glad I made it.

Wow wow wow.what a service. We had Ashley serving us and she was amazing. I can see all the waiter are equally beautiful. The food is amazing and the margaritas are 1/2 price on Fridays. It's a must try for the locals.thanks you guys.we had a great time.

Service so friendly and vibrant! All our dishes were top notch! Full of flavour and fresh! We will make this restaurant a regular place from now on!

The food is fabulous. The waitstaff are attentive. The chairs could be more comfortable but that is the only thing I would change. The people that work there were very friendly.
