There is always a line out the front of Candied.and that really says something! It is well worth the wait.
Don't worry, they are super efficient, and before you know it, you will get served. The longest I've waited out front was perhaps 5 mins. I just chuck some Alice in Chains on, and by the time a song is finished, I'm at the front.

The pastries and cakes are so unique and amongst the best I have ever had.
The sourdough is fabulous, and even after a few days in your cupboard (if it lasts that long), it makes the best bread to mop up soup with.

I wont use big foodie/critic words, but I used to work in a bakery for a few years, so I know how good bread should taste.
You can trust my opinion.

I'll definitely keep coming here as long and often as I can.

Delicious. Just delicious. We had a croissant, a slice of key lime pie, a pork belly & cheese jaffle and bacon & egg roll. It was all soooo good. The key lime pie was especially worthy of an adventure across the West gate bridge from the south east.

Genuinely such a superb bakery, the pastel cake is honestly like crack to me. I got there today and they had run out and genuinely it broke my heart. Candied bakery owns my heart and my soul

Would recommend trying the pie but only one meat pie to choose from, still the best in the area and would go back. 3.5stars

Carrot and walnut cake was divine - moist, good icing, generous amount of nuts and a cornucopia of spices (I tasted nutmeg, cinnamon). The shop girl wasn't exaggerating when she said everything was good. Also had the lemon slice donut, quite interesting. Need to come back to try the tres leches and chocolate cake, key lime pie, jam filled donut. List goes on
