The blonde tall girl at the counter was so welcoming and friendly. She helped me the minute I stepped foot in the store. I bought x10 the amount of items I was planning on buying because of her positive and kind sales approach. She took the time to get to know me and my needs.
She had so much product knowledge and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what was I after.
I definitely will be returning to this store, just to be served by her.

I was shopping here a week ago and had no complaints about store presentation or checkout staff. However the older short lady staff member I saw, was speaking harshly to one of the younger staff members. It made it awkward to stand there and look at the clothes. So i moved away. Secondly, when i was in line she was walking along asking people if they were members. But her tone was not friendly but forceful and intimidating. Also when i walked into the store she greeted me whikst overtlt staring at my bag. I felt pretty uneasy and unwelcome. As a POC this kind of staring can make a shopping daunting. This lady alone made me thankful i don’t work in that store or shop there regularly. I never write reviews but i felt this needed to be put out there. The vibe in that store was not good and for that reason, i would recommend just going to a regular Calvins store or another DFO.

Great place to buy CK stuff. They generally have pretty good sales on. If you're a member you get an extra 10%. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Fairly large selection, but nothing special besides the underwear. Most items are priced the same as regular stores, like Myer. The store is usually quite a mess; especially the men's area. The corner of the men's section where the shirts are always has a weird smell as well.

Really rude and disrespectful sales people. My girlfriend accidentally toppled the small metal sign, she then apologized and attempted to pick it up. They (blonde and dark short hair male) proceeded to clap and throw sarcastic comments at her. 0 service + horrible attitude. Will not come back.shame on you for allowing these people to work there.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Picked up a business shirt for $35.99. Great quality and great prices

I'm sad to say that the customer service was dreadful, I felt that I wasn't worth their time, I asked them a question and they rudely answered like I should know. Well I don't work there so I don't. I felt that I couldn't ask any more questions and I was upset because I really wanted to purchase a couple of items, I just walked out. Not satisfied at all.
