Not enough staff.
Not there problem as it was a very busy day in all stores
Zero star.
The store closure time was 6 pm. We entered at 5: 20 pm and after picking a few items went to fitting room around 5: 30 pm. They closed the fitting room half an hour before the store closure and didn't let us in. There was a lady at the entrance of the store, but she didn't mention this. 80% of the items need to be tried on before purchasing. Terrible timing. They keep the store open just to grab your money. They never care about you.
Had the worst experience here, came in and was greeted by the lovely staff, but then met the woman who appeared to be the manager, she had no name tag, but had the worst attitude and abused the staff, seemed to be really toxic as a leader.was not helpful whatsoever and should be fired in my opinion.
Store had a lot of variety and priced well including some promos but unfortunately not what I was looking for.
Great customer service. I went to tommy and the lady in changing room was very rude. Went to ck and got different service from a girl with braided hair she was so helpful, came to look around and out with few pcs. I guess good cs really matter.
I was at Calvin Klein DFO South Wharf on Saturday 20th of March 2021 and looking for jeans. I found my size with a price label saying $39.95 inside a rack that was clearly marked $39.95. After queeing for about 15 minutes at the cashier, I was tokd that the proce was wrong and I had to pay more as the price label was wrong. The store manager must be incapable in managibg the store. The store looks messy and the price labels are incorrect. Don’t ever waste your time at Calvin Klein DFO South Wharf.
We had never experienced any DISCRIMINATION before in any CK stores but here in South Wharf, very disrespect manager along with rude staff.
Today around at 5.45pm (29-01-21), I asked help for find jeans sizes from one of staff (forgot his name but duty manager knows) and he was totally neglect by rudely saying that there's no sizes. But then after I found correct size without their help.
As I was really disappointed, was able to inform the incident to SO CALLED duty manager and her careless response was "Thanks for the feedback" by showing her lazy ignorance body language.
If they can't provide good customer service, there's no point to go to that store. There are heaps of other businesses who are providing quality customer service, you better learn from them.
Very poor customer service from duty manager and the staff. This is your duty to provide good customer service and leave your bad attitude at home when you come for your job.
If someone who responsible of this store seeing this review, train these staff accordingly on good customer service or you will loose customers and the reputation.
Lily the staff member has an excellent customer service! She helped me on my jacket size. It was the same jacket I found on the official website but it's on sale in the store! Love it!
A lady named Louisa (if I remembered correctly) helped me with sizes and suggestions, she was so wonderful and patient. Thankyou!
Great prices but poor customer service by a few team members. Got served by Ana (the store manager) and Iris. Ana was rude and not friendly at all.
Very unfriendly and useless staff. They are closing fitting rooms 10 mins before so you can’t try anything. The lady who is staying in front of the fitting room was so unfriendly and said: “Sorry we closed” and changed her face. Don’t go there again!
People who work there have the worst service they all gave me and my family dirties and that’s not acceptable they should be fired

Most awesome customer service, lots of variety to choice from. Big shop, lots of bargains, clean (apart from the fitting rooms) lots of dust on the floor. Would recommend a visit

This place was pretty good and had a lot of good priced items. But the thing is, the customer service was the worst. Have you guys always been doing like this to customer or just because I am a foreigner? Today, I found a shirt I liked there, and I saw the same kind of shirt tagged at a different price. It was probably the second price cut. I picked one and took it to POS, and the clerk tried to charge at a high price. When I said there was a lower-priced tag for the same kind of product, another clerk, who looked like a manager next to me, looked at me as if I were lying and shouted, 'Then you bring it! Show me! ' Isn't this clerks's job? In the end, the reduced price was right. They say they missed tagging by mistake. Everyone can make mistakes, but no one solve it by passing it on to customers or yelling at them. I just went to get the shirt back and forth and just wandered through the store. Even after pay, I never heard an apology for the rude behavior. It was the worst. I don't want to go again.
You can find really good prices however staff very rude, specially a thin young asian girl who is always at the cashier.
Just like Tommy Hilfiger, you need to be prepared to go into battle if you want a bargain. It's pretty busy on weekends and public holidays, so just be prepared for that and you could come out with treasures.
I am thrilled about Calvin Klein store because I could find my jeans shirt I couldn't find nowhere! Besides the great products and offers the customer service is wonderful!
