Calvin Klein Jeans DFO South Wharf

Today I went to buy and bought two bags price tag showing $49 I have proof and they charged me $67 I came home and checked really disappointed how come it can happen and I came from long distance
Really disappoint

I recently (15th Dec) visited your store and had an extremely disappointing experience that compelled me to share my feedback. My friend and I were accused of opening an underwear box without any evidence to support the claim. We did not engage in such behavior, and the accusatory tone from one of your staff members was unwarranted.

Furthermore, when another staff member intervened, it escalated the situation, and we were spoken to in a manner that was both unprofessional and unjustified. I would like to bring to your attention that the store's CCTV can confirm our innocence in this matter.

To make matters worse, the manager with curly long hair and glasses, whom I assume holds a position of authority, exhibited behavior that completely ruined our shopping experience. This is not the level of customer service one would expect from a reputable brand like Calvin Klein.

I believe it's crucial for the management to address these issues promptly to ensure that other customers do not encounter similar distressing situations. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and take appropriate measures to improve the overall customer service at your store….

I had such a good time with the team at DFO South Wharf. Everyone I spoke with, provides excellent customer service, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Very well done!

One of staff was so rude. She bumped into me with aggressive gestures and when I put a jacket back on the rack she pulled it off the rack so aggressively. It seemed like there were some good deals in the shop but didn’t want to spend time in there.

The deals aren't very good. Outlets these days are pretty much an extension of retail shops.

Not a lot of choice in the woman's section. Clothing on display didn't fit the signage.

Shop also has small clothes’ sizes for the petite like me.

Staff completely uninterested in helping customers. The concept of “customer service” has completely gone out the window

Usually really love this store, but was unfortunately denied access inside this time as I was holding a nearly empty coffee cup. I understand the whole drinks policy.of course you don’t want damaged stock. But an almost empty coffee with a sealed lid? Really? Does this review make me a Karen lol? Either way, the few hundred I wanted to spend on gifts at Calvin Klein were spent elsewhere at guess… who welcomed me and my coffee into their store.

CK is a very known brand for clothing and so are the products Calvin Klein brings to market. The DFO outlet is always on a sale spree where you can find all your daily clothing needs along with stylish jackets and jeans. The female clothing line is just big enough like any other clothing line brands. Right from daily to sports to style is all you get at CK DFO South Wharf.

Really rude customer service, the staff at the cashier gave me a bad face, very bad shopping experience.

This afternoon I had a very pleasant experience at this Store. I was looking for two t-shirts to send overseas as a present and one of the staff members helped me to find the correct size and colour. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the guy but he was very kind and professional and his customer service was excellent. Thank you

Was excited to visit. The sales on offer a definate draw card. Was spoiled by my son who bought white sneakers for me. The whole experience was like being in a candy store, so many beautiful pieces. Had the best time!

Can only take 4 things into change room which is very inconvenient. I asked the help me find Jean sizes store was empty and she didn't seem to want to help. Jeans weren't in order made it hard to shop. Alot of full priced items was ok store

Very good prices. I bought 3 boxershorts for 24$. Have a good look at the clearences, you can find bargain stuff over there.

I wanted to buy a gift for my partner. The frattentive staff, Atena, helped me to choose a dress. It was a perfect fit and my partner loved it.

The store was busy and under staff, but there were doing their best and helped me to find what I wanted. Specially Atena was friendly and showed me the discounted items.

A happy customer is here! Today I had a shopping from this store and the lady at the counter (Atena) helped me to show me a very good quality product with a resonable price. Her attitute was next level which is fantastic in such a busy store. She also helped me to become member of ck for further discount. Will definitely be back! 5 stars to you Atena and ck southwharf.
