Cairnlea Superclinic reviews
62 Was have back issues, to the point I couldn't physically work as a Carpenter. The doctor said, if I can site down, I work. He was (rude) no help.
3 months off work. Seeked another doctor from other clinic. Was back to work in a week.
The worst clinic that I have ever been.
Friendly receptionist, very RUDE doctors.
At first, I thought the doctor I visited was the worst. I got rash and had hay fever medicine. The doctor said you did the right thing and you can go home now with rude voice. What I expected from the doctor is to tell me what / why i got rash and how to prevent.
The second time visited the clinic was for my kid. My wife didnt want to go there but our GP was on holiday. I thought another doctor will be better but it is NOT.the doctor was worse than the first one. She told my wife "If you couldnt make your baby stopped crying, I couldnt help you anything" in a very rude way.
I really hope someone could review their certificates.
Waiting time is less compared to where I was going before. Reception staff.very pleasant and kind.
Great reception. Extremely rude doctors. Been having same problem for 2 years, seen every doctor in there. All recommendations are to take neurofen and drink lots of water while problem is getting worse.
I was told that the doctor doesnt like seeing people who doesnt turn up to their appointment. Well, i just wanted to let the doctor know that she needs to be more understanding and broad minded that sometimes, emergency happenes, and you dont get the time to call or visit on time. This was the first time, having to hear such a thing from a clinic your whole family visits for 5 years now. Was not happy at all.
The worse doctors I have ever been too. They refused to see my two year old daughter when she came up with a rash due to they were closing in an hour, they weren't even that full there was only 3 other people waiting such a disgrace like she's a child. Children should always be seen
MEDICAL SCAM! DOCTORS DO NOT SPEND MUCH TIME WITH PATIENTS TO DIAGNOSE PROPERLY INSTEAD THEIR MAIN FOCUS IS MORE PATIENTS IN LESST TIME! AVOID AVOID! Sooner will be exposed to current affairs!
A receptionist confirmed our booking but when we turned up on time, we were told that there was no booking for us. This is unacceptable! How could you do this to a patient.
However, a receptionist who helped us out is nice. She booked us in another day.
Apart from the waiting times i would like to say that dr anjana is amazing. After months and months of being ill and misdiagnosed and from doctor to doctor, dr anjana was the only one i personally felt helped me. She listens to what your saying and has genuine care factor. Definantly recommend.
The Dr. Wasn’t much help with my partner and her Anxiety. Didn’t ask any questions around what has happened apart from “I have read your file. ” The best thing I can do is only “only give you medication or see a councillor”
Given we are fitness and health freaks medication is something we try and avoid I.e antidepressants, Valium or anything else.
Couldn’t even ask, what changed since last the visit or make his own assessment, didn’t ask about nutrition, exercise or ask any questions to help the situation till she can get into seeing a councillor.
Being a doctor there was very little compassion shown towards us.
Awesome amazing service on Xmas eve. Friendly staff. Couldn’t have done anything better. Thanks for patching me up.
Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. That's unfortunately where the service ended. Doctor was fairly dismissive (as per other reviews) and refused to offer a referral for a physiotherapist for a TAC related issue deeming one was not needed.however the TAC website states one is.
Nurse was out to dinner at the time I also required redressing of wounds.
Unless it's urgent.and you know exactly what you need. I'd be going elsewhere.
What a disgrace that tax paying dollars are going to support this sort of clinic.
My wife was pregnant and my local GP was close went here and they didn't want to see my pregnant wife. Was told in a rude way to go home.
The service is the best my family and I always see the same dr if we can and he is very caring understanding and and doesn't rush you he listens to what you have to say and try's to answer all your concerns. Even the nurses are good and caring. I will say that there are some Drs there that we won't see as they can be a bit rude and just try to rush you out the door but when you find a good Dr stick with them and my family have found that at cairnlea
Very good doctors there and not waiting long to see doctor much better than other medical centres.
Have never been very happy with the service besides the fact that they are open to late and usually easy to book an appointment in. Some doctors seem inexperienced with the lack of questions or even examination and a while ago I had a terrible experience with one of the nurses 'trying' to draw my blood. Almost passed out which I have never done before.
Great Doctors.
Only one fault with Cairnlea superclnic
No matter how often they change staff you always find one it takes 7 year's to train a doctor but 2 minutes for a b.y receptionist to think she is one too.
My wife went in with heart palpitations so the doctor gave her an ECG on site. The ECG was not connected correctly and although the heart beat on the graph was perfectly normal the computers diagnosis which the doctor referred to said she had Atrial Fibrillation, a serious heart condition. He wrote out a referral, attached the ECG results to it and said to go to Emergency immediately. We went to sunshine emergency and waited and waited, about 8hrs before my wife was admitted. During this time I researched Atrial fibrillation online and identified what it was and how to diagnose it. If you have AF your heart beat is irregular because its missing a T wave, the little wave at the start of the heart beat. So i looked at the ECG and guess what, the T wave was clearly present. This was confirmed by the emergency cardiologist who was astounded that a GP could not read a basic ECG. If the computer spat out a diagnosis as serious as this we would hope that the GP was capable of reading the graph and checking to see if it was correct. Of course this would not have been a problem if the idiot was capable of connecting the device up correctly in the first place. And yes the report showed nil reading from the ones that were not connected. Substandard doctors.
Good clinic with bulk billing. The appointments are usually on time. Due to the extended opening hours you can usually see a doctor the same day, making it good for medical certificates for work. A couple of the doctors there have been a bit rude to me and my family, so I avoid those when making an appointment - I don't want to name names though.
I really cant complain, just wanted to know what are the opening and closing hours as there no informaton on this site ty would be apprecaited
